@ GeoAbraxas Thanks for creating the championship week for the first time. Good work!

Two things. Daz40 competed in the intermediate bass class. So he can win in the upper (advanced) class if he decides to be promoted to this class. If not, he stays in the intermediate class and Rodman wins the advanced class last week. So @ Daz40 it's your decision 

And I think one of the songs (advanced or bonus advanced) could be for masterclass players. Just decide which is a little more difficult.

Thanks, @ Mikson  I'll update the classes then, I like Death more than Soundgarden so it'll go a class up.

 

For Mourning Palace it looks like I downloaded it in the past which is why I can access the page. Google Drive access updates have been a pain in the ass, I'll have to find something to replace it.

Okay, so song classes are reordered, @ Rodman is now the rightful winner of the Advanced Bass crown and Mourning Palace has been replaced with Judas Rising by Judas Priest for the Intermediate Bass slot.

Hi guys! I started university last week so i dont rly got much time to play the championship but i really enjoyed watching the tight battles last week

my GF kept playing this song over and over so it grew on me, played it a few times before. honesly i love this song, might be my favorite from all the songs this week

this is really hard for me, maybe can get gud if I RR the shit out of that string skipping riff

Is this the song where she was accused of copying someone?

I played the pitch-shifted version, didn't like the tone. I'd definitely have to spend some time in rr to get that strange riff. Also, had to play it twice because I forgot to screenshot.

The riffs seem straight-forward and the tapping part is kinda slow, but the solo was totally incomprehensible to me.

Rhythm:

Had to pause during that one, that's probably why the score is lower than accuracy, but idk.

@ Jakobgreve Dunno how you managed that Death solo, but don't feel too complacent, I will try to win. Also, where you born in 98? I feel old.

I'm not sure, but I think it would affect my standing in the ranking. Can it be fixed now, when the week was closed?

Also, if @ greven98 and @ Jakobgreve are the same person, shouldn't the scores be merged? If not, can I make an alt account for every class?

Computer Science.. So Im basically just grinding math all day, and idk if it will make you feel better or worse but i started late im almost 26

Obviously not my style, but this is fun 

 

Oh yeah, I rated it 7 and now I'm having problem achieving 80%. Even so, I think this is somewhere between 7 and 8 and I think I had a lot of misses from bad recognition.

 

Solo is beyond ability, but I think 90% is nice
