I'm going to be away from Thursday-Sunday. So, I played it a couple times. Got a decent score to at least hopefully keep me on the board while I'm gone. http://i.imgur.com/aWWodYI.png8 points

Did another attempt at Warp Asylum bass last night. Missed one of the first two muted notes, but nailed everything else. Kind of infuriating to fail so close to the end, but such is life. http://i.imgur.com/xbg1mso.jpg5 points

Did a cover for Warp Asylum. Sounds nice, though the random misses will be the death of me :D Didn't beat my scores, but it might be quite enjoyable ^_^ might upload a better cover. Still tons of shitty mistakes that can be easily fixed. Just my hands are tired :D5 points

And I am back. I had a trip to the hospital full with ambulance ride and morphine o.o . during my trip I found out that a kidney stone is very painful , I don't recommend the experience as it was also very expensive. sadly missed last week : / but i'll post my score for the song that got this guy in metallica. http://i.imgur.com/RlKYdyK.jpg 70 % not bad for me cuz i'm not a shredder. this weeks MC bass I like it not perfect but close enough for me. hearing this song makes me think though. . . . . Have you been in a studio. no auto-tune and those girls hitting all those bum bum bum bums in perfect key. how many times did they mess up did one of them get P/Oed at the others and how tired of recording it must they have gotten. Maybe i am reading into it a bit much. anyways. http://i.imgur.com/Xh6vg3X.jpg and my neglected rhythm track I remember the first time this song was ever played on mtv on headbangers ball at midnight they made such a big to do about it and at the time it was captivating as i was pretty young at the time. http://i.imgur.com/yazki04.jpg anyways good to be back.3 points

I have said before I don't play bass or even have one so I ask for feedback on my songs I try to fix anything that is wrong but sometime the tabs are not right and I get my tabs from the internet like everyone does I put a lot of time into them and have learned a lot but when I hear people lose sleep over my bass tabs then it is time to stop and if my tabbing is that bad many it's time to stop all together sorry to wasted bass players time and if it is not just my bass tabbing that is bad let me know and I will stop posting less work for me that way Thanks to all that enjoy my song and sorry to the ones that didn't1 point

Fu*k that sh*t! Do your best, put it out there, if someone doesn't like it, they can redo it themselves. If you're proud of your stuff and enjoy playing it, that's all that matters. Personally, I like your stuff. As my personal hero, the great Raoul Duke, once said, "Don't take any guff from these fucking swine." http://i.imgur.com/xcGrege.jpg1 point

@ Karmeleaux "-I cannot edit the filepath for any arrangement after I've added it, the path and the browse button are grayed out. Combined with the above, I have to delete and readd every arrangement." You can only change the paths to the XML from "Add". This is to prevent other errors that could occur if paths are changed to existing XMLs. If you use "Import Package" the paths should be set correctly. If you add Xml Arrangements the path should be set correctly. Are you using "Load Package", if so don't. If you changed paths on you computer you need to recreate the "Save Package" data. To do this, manually add you EOF files to the "Creator" and then "Save Package" with the new paths. "-When doing multitracks and trying to edit the vocals arrangement to increment the arrangement ID" You do not need to increment the arrangement ID manually. The newest beta of the toolkit will do this automatically for you as long as you have made at least one revision to the song information on the "Creator" GUI. You can just change the "Version" number and new arrangement ID's will be created automatically. This prevents problems where CDLC's have the same arrangment IDs. Hope I am understanding your problems correctly. Let me know if this works for you.1 point

I agree on the aesthetic, and considering the speed of the scrolling, it doesn't really matter, I just like to experiment to see what can be done to fool software. ;) I checked a few examples, and can't see nothing against your logic, for slide up and downs with any fingers. Even if the FHP jumps back to the previous position after the slide, it tells the player he has to reposition back his hand.1 point
-
It can be done without ghost notes, the only difference is that would cause the fret hand position change to be at the beginning of the note after the slide instead of at the end of the slide. The difference between these two methods is generally just aesthetic. For changing the automated FHP logic to recognize slides, just about the only good method I can think of is for EOF to move the FHP the same number of frets as the slide (ie. up two frets) as long as the FHP would be valid for the next note. Let me know what you think.1 point

Intermediate Bass - 99.91%, 824 streak I can't get the 100%, always one note somewhere... MasterClass Bass - 98.12%, 119 streak I was stuck at around 93%, but then I went to Riff Repeat it and here it goes. I'll give it more tries and try to get above 99%.1 point

Cool tunes this week! Just RR'd that section in the middle but got a little sidetracked trying to do 'squeelies'.....I still suck. Enter Sandman is great fun to play too. I'm hoping to devote a little more time to the rhythm path this week. Anyhow: http://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/77yfjd1jubw0fl3/221680_2015-04-21_00001.png?dl=01 point

This is what your tuning window in EoF should look like for B Standard tuning (7 string with the highest string dropped): http://puu.sh/hijRX/21fbe5e972.png/ss%20%282015-04-18%20at%2006.39.30%29.png And the tuning that is set in EoF, is the tuning that the song will use. Setting a different tuning in the toolkit will only lead to getting a different tuning in the menu, but not in the song itself. Though I believe in the later toolkits, this setting is actually ignored.1 point
