I have been just playing the Porcupine Tree song, but it actually stroke a chord in me...
A daughter in her 20s of a friend died in a fire while sleeping a few months ago, and I've been thinking a lot about it. This song suits my mood...

It feels like a personal achievement surviving a 12 minute Porcupine Tree song in Score Attack!! I thought I wouldn't make it. Besides that, it has very cool riffs/arrangements.

My kid was into Porcupine Tree before he went off to college, but I didn't pay much attention to the band back then.  I just dug up a couple of his CD's and a pretty cool Blu-Ray concert.   Lot of layers of meaning - and layers of music - that I hadn't really focused enough to process.  Here's a discussion about the meaning o the  lyrics for Arriving Somewhere but not Here:

I understand @ cacahuate51  problems with rating difficulty of this. It doesn't sound bad when I play this, but I lose a lot of notes, which is frustrating. Several transitions between chords are difficult, so I would give this more than a 6, even a 7.

Thats as high as I can go. I still feel like some open notes and the chords dont register for me for some reason..but it registers more notes in the "solo" than I actually feel like im playing so I guess its balanced xD

Kinda hit a wall on Mr. Scary, but I found this video of the man himself showing how to play. He's using a different fingering than charted in a couple parts, which may work better as long as the note pitches are correct.

I don't know is this a game joking on me or a strings or a guitar. I'm getting "miss" on an easy parts. I know I play dirty but miss on even open strings?.. well... very nice. I will try to change my strings but I'm sure it will not fix anything.

If you dont want your other steam friends to see your pics for x reason just upload them as unlisted. That's basically private except for those who have access to your link, which will allow it to show up here on cf, that's what I do.
