Today I did my first guitar "customizations".

Finally. I have replaced my pickups. Including broken and repaired bridge pickup.

And saddles.

Don't ask the brands. It's just cheap parts from Aliexpress.

But I can say sound get better.

Result

Today I did my first guitar "customizations".

Nice one.  I've also spent some time setting up my basses.

 

I put heavy gauge strings on one - but they're a bit tight at the nut, so not so good. :(  i also managed to be a bit of a doofus, and try to install the red D'addario as an E string (thanks to Rocksmith, I think) so I cut it a bit short before I realised my mistake… D'oh!

 

However I've managed to set up one of my second hand basses just lovely for E Standard, so I'm just pleased that all the songs are in standard tuning this week. :)

I got a somewhat sloppy start to the week (on bass, of course)

 

Maria = 99.45%, but I know that I made more mistakes that the score indicates

NYNY = 96% - I'll get that up above 99% by the end of the week
