I've been having elbow pain for the last few weeks. I have researched it , and I might have to take 4-8 weeks off to recover the tendons. It appears I could cause serious damage if I keep at it. It hurts to open the lid on my water bottle at this point. I have been playing through the pain until now. I do not know what I'll do without playing everyday. Maybe I can work on my right hand some. Get my speed up and string skipping I guess. I think I'll probably post a score once a week in my class to keep my diehard status, but I will not be competitive. I have had a great run, and I really appreciate what everyone does around here to organize this. Also, the people who put time in to make the customs rock! I have had a great run, and I look forward to coming back with a vengeance. Geno

I have attempted slap before but it usually sounds like I am throwing harps down the stairs and given the time of night I tend to practice, the neighbours and sleeping kiddiwinkles find the racket, displeasing :) was good to see a customforgian spank planks :D

Hi, folks. The latest hotfix (r1396) is in the first post. Changes are as follows: *Improved Rocksmith import to be usable even when no project is currently open. EOF will prompt which pro guitar/bass track to import the content to. *Improved GP import to keep the notes that follow a legato slide and link it to sliding note, to more accurately display how to play it in Rocksmith. *Corrected GP import logic for slides in GP4 and older formats. *Improved fret hand position generation to place FHP changes at the end of note slides if applicable. *Improved GP import to support triplet feel notation.

An hour on the Gazette bass and I'm up to over 97%. For advance bass, this one seems way easier than Warp Asylum last week. But then again, I find The Man Who Sold The World a little too tricky for beginner level. I'll work on both this week just 'cuz I'm a Bowie fan from waaay back. The bass lines on most songs from Ziggy Stardust are challenging. I might have to submit one or two for the Challenge.

It's probably not a problem anymore, I added cleanup logic to look for overlapping arpeggios and merge them. Even if this were to ever happen again, all overlaps would be resolved before the XML files get written. And even if they didn't get resolved, RS2 still won't export duplicate notes.

A little start into the new week. Man Who Sold the World Bass The Crowing Bass Those two are awesome. Tried to get 100%, but my hands said no. Your White Shirt Bass This was my first run, without slapping. So, not really valid i would say ;P After that i got in a 2hour journey for learning slapping with the bass, and i got it down fairly quickly. Im just not fast enough yet, so here with slapping: Your White Shirt Bass Slapping And i have to say, man slapping is fun haha ;D i gave the weird looking japanese boys song a run too. Seemed fairly easy, beside that weird bridge/chorus-thingy part. The song itself is ok. Not bad but not really ground breaking either. cheers guys!
