  1. Post all your CDLC requests here. Since we no longer have the "Popular" Request system, you can now post them in this, and only in this, topic! NOTICE. Posting a request here does not mean that someone will make it. Spamming the same song over and over will get you suspended. This is not a demand area. The Charters that post their CDLC on CF do so because they want to. You cannot force them to make your song. Do not send PM's to every single charter asking for your song to be made. Basically this is a dumping ground for your requests and nothing more.

Note: If you are intending on using Custom DLCs on a PS3 or XBox, you MUST jailbreak your console first! Hacking or jailbreaking a console is beyond the scope of what we are doing here, and if you are not comfortable with doing it, you may want to simply buy the PC version of the game. Note : For PC and MAC you might need to change the App ID of custom song package with RS Toolkit to App ID of an official DLC that you had bought (Cherub Rock is most used on customs). Any custom you decide to upload to CustomsForge however must use Cherub Rock as its AppID. JUST PLAY IT ! All credit to MarineIguana, he created this, I am merely echoing it here.

  3. Hey all, It's been a tough week for me as I lost my mother a few days ago. Only 6 months ago I lost my father as well. I've been reflecting on my life and what to do for the future of it. I want to continue supporting CustomsForge as best as I can and the best way to do that is to shut down donations permanently as I've been having issues with PayPal & taxes. For the sake of my sanity I am moving the website to a Patron-only support model as it is easier to track and deal with. That way I can resolve my debt issues caused by the site (that is 100% my fault, I didn't know what I was doing at the time and it caught up to me). Thank you for your continued support. 4. This week's theme is 90's deep cuts, more specifically several fantastic but lesser known tracks off some of the most celebrated albums of the 1990s. For those interested, here is a little tour through the albums in chronological order: 1991 - Ten is the debut studio album by American rock band Pearl Jam. Many of the songs on Ten were instrumental jams or reworked Mother Love Bone - former band of bassist Jeff Ament and guitarist Stone Gossard - songs for which vocalist/front man Eddie Vedder composed new melodies and lyrics. Despite its reputation as a quintessential grunge record, Ten is often noted for displaying a stronger classic rock influence than other contemporary grunge releases. Ten was not an immediate success, but by late 1992 it had reached number two on the Billboard 200. Beyond its role in consolidating the mainstream success of grunge rock in the early 1990s, Ten is generally considered to have been instrumental in the rise and dominance of alternative rock throughout the decade. The album has since been ranked by several publications as one of the greatest albums of all time. By February 2013, it had sold 13 million copies in the US, becoming the 22nd record to do so in the Nielsen SoundScan era and has been certified 13× Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). "Porch" is the eighth track on the album and one of it's lesser-known songs behind "Evenflow", "Alive", "Black", and "Jeremy", but it's a raw, emotional, hard-hitting, and unpredictable song, and the only one on the album written solely by Vedder. 1992 - Rage Against the Machine is the debut studio album by American rock band Rage Against the Machine. Rage Against the Machine was a critical success upon release with several critics noting the album's politically motivated agenda as well as Zack de la Rocha's strong vocal delivery. Rated number 24 on the Rolling Stone's list of "100 Greatest Metal Albums of All Time", the album peaked at number 1 on the US Billboard Heatseekers chart and number 45 on the US Billboard 200 and has gone on to achieve triple platinum sales certification in the US. "Fistful of Steel" is the 8th track on the album and like all other songs on the album, it's success is dwarfed by that of "Killing in the Name"...but also that of more modest hits "Bombtrack", "Know Your Enemy", and "Wake Up." It's no less incendiary or kickass, with Tom Morello's wizardry and Timmy C's aggressive bass licks. Be warned - you will need 24+ frets to play this properly on lead. 1993 - Siamese Dream is the second studio album by American alternative rock band the Smashing Pumpkins. The album has received widespread acclaim by audiences and critics alike, with the album's musical influences and lyrical material standing out compared to other alternative records released during its time. The album has since been considered "one of the finest alt-rock albums of all time". Despite recording sessions fraught with difficulties and tensions, Siamese Dream debuted at number ten on the Billboard charts, and eventually was certified 4x Platinum, with the album selling over six million copies worldwide, cementing the Smashing Pumpkins as an important group in alternative rock music. "Mayonaise" is the 9th track on the album and is not exactly unknown - it's one of the most stunningly beautiful songs to be released in the decade and is hard to overlook - but is overshadowed by the three enormously successful hits "Cherub Rock", "Today", and "Disarm" that precede it. "Mayonaise" is one of two songs on the album for which guitarist James Iha has co-writing credits with Billy Corgan. The other is "Soma", which is also a beautiful track. 1995 - (What's the Story) Morning Glory? is the second studio album by English rock band Oasis. The record propelled Oasis from being a crossover indie act to a worldwide rock phenomenon, and is seen by critics as a significant record in the timeline of British indie music. Morning Glory sold a record-breaking 345,000 copies in its first week in the UK, spent 10 weeks at number one on the UK Albums Chart. It was also the band's breakthrough in America, reaching number four on the US Billboard 200 and being certified 4× platinum there. Although a commercial success, the record initially received lukewarm reviews from mainstream critics; many reviewers deemed it inferior to Definitely Maybe, with the songwriting and production particular points of criticism. However, critical opinion towards the album completely reversed in the ensuing years, and it is now generally considered an important record of both the Britpop era and the 1990s in general, as well as appearing on several lists of the greatest albums in rock music. "Cast No Shadow" is the 8th track on the album and one of the lesser-known behind mega hits "Wonderwall", "Don't Look Back in Anger", "Some Might Say", and "Champagne Supernova". It's one of my favorite from the album though and has a surprisingly active bass part for an Oasis song. 1997 - OK Computer is the third studio album by English rock band Radiohead. The album depicts a world fraught with rampant consumerism, social alienation, emotional isolation and political malaise; in this capacity, OK Computer has been said to have prescient insight into the mood of 21st-century life. The band used unconventional production techniques, including natural reverberation through recording on a staircase, and no audio separation. Despite lowered sales estimates by EMI, who deemed the record uncommercial and difficult to market, OK Computer reached number one on the UK Albums Chart and debuted at number 21 on the Billboard 200, Radiohead's highest album entry on the US charts at the time, and was soon certified 5× platinum in the UK and double platinum in the US. OK Computer received critical acclaim and has been cited by listeners, critics and musicians as one of the greatest albums of all time. "Lucky" is the 11th track on the album and lags behind hits like "Paranoid Android" - a regular candidate for the best individual songs of all time - as well as "Karma Police" and "No Surprises", but in fact was the first song written and recorded by the band in 1995 (the other songs were all recorded in 1996-97). It's a gorgeous and surprisingly challenging song to play. 1999 - Californication is the seventh studio album by American rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers. Californication marked the return of John Frusciante, who had previously appeared on Mother's Milk and Blood Sugar Sex Magik, to replace Dave Navarro as the band's guitarist. Frusciante's return was credited with changing the band's sound altogether, producing a notable shift in style from the music recorded with Navarro. Californication is the Chili Peppers' most commercially successful studio release internationally, with over 15 million copies sold worldwide, and more than 6 million in the United States alone. As of 2002, the album had sold over 4 million copies in Europe. The record marked a significant change in style for the band: Rolling Stone's Greg Tate noted that "while all previous Chili Peppers projects have been highly spirited, Californication dares to be spiritual and epiphanic". In the 2020 edition of Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time list Californication placed at 286. "Easily" is the seventh track on the album and a feisty challenge for Frusciante and Flea wannabes, but is often overlooked in favor of big hits like "Around the World", "Scar Tissue", "Otherside", and "Californication". You will get a workout playing this.

  6. I thought I would share a project that @Rodman and I recently finished. I'm taking a recording and mixing class, and one of the assignments needed a one minute minimum recorded piece with three tracks, then we had to overdub two more tracks. Most of the class are music majors, so I assume it was no big deal for them, however I was at a loss for what to do. Rodman happened to message me, so I asked if he would record a few chord progressions that I could try to do something with. Man, he was all over it and within a few hours had a verse and chorus section recorded. I put some Band in a Box drums to it, noodled out a melody and a song started taking shape. I've been wanting to write a song for a while, so this seemed like a good opportunity. I wrote some lyrics about the coronavirus lockdown and recorded them as an overdub. I sent it over to Rodman and he recorded lyrics for the chorus, and we each recorded a solo. I mixed it using what I've been learning, and boom...a song! So here it is, Lockdown, and original song by Rodman and Diceslinger!

  7. Hey all, As you can see there are large performance issues with the website. I'm fully aware as I get messaged about it from every source possible. With a full time job and as the only sysadmin this falls under as something only I can fix at the moment. I'm having a hard time narrowing the issue down as when the time outs start, there is no backend errors or severe load issues. The other issue is when prime-time (most users on the site) happens I'm usually asleep due to that I work night shift which makes it harder for me to see the issue. I understand everyone's frustrations, ignition4 was supposed to be the website that resolved all of the old websites problems. After the last website had a problem I was unable to revert, I was forced to upgrade the website to an unstable build Ignition4. Right now the search engine itself is stable however the server is not. So my plan for this week is to see the following: See if we require to upgrade our servers again (I am trying to avoid this 100% as our current dedicated server specs are solid) Look into PHP issues, consider switching engines again if that is the issue Check the MySQL configuration, improve and optimize it. Analyze error logs, slow queries Verify outside sources are not the problem (illegal scrapers, DDoS Attacks, etc) Resolve the issues above, or consider hiring expert help by paying them via a donation goal Please note due to COVID and other life issues that we are short-staffed. Right now if you don't count me we have 2 main developers for Ignition4/5, 1 developer for CFSM. I want this to be the best website possible. If you have advanced skills and the time available, please apply. https://forms.gle/NWzpZTpBTok5T5ER6 Info about the volunteer jobs: System Admin - This position you would be managing our cPanel server and configuring CentOS 7, MySQL, and Apache/PHP-FPM configurations. To apply for this job you must have previous professional system admin experience at a web hosting company. cPanel University and Certifications help. React Developer - You would be working on the next version of the website, Ignition5. This uses Typescript and GraphQL Laravel Developer - You would be working on the current version of the website. This uses Laravel 7, Livewire, Bootstrap4 .NET Developer - You would be working on our CFSM Project. This uses an old version of .NET, we would like to make it more modern. CF Moderator - You would moderate the website, forums, and clear out reports for Ignition. Discord Moderator - You would solely be a CF Discord moderator, which provides assistance to users and moderates the chat. If you're unable to assist via volunteering consider supporting the website via donations to keep us running. I hope to fix this within a few weeks. Please note I am trying my hardest to get this resolved.

  8. I can finally share this, I didn't want to jinx it by saying anything about it until it was all done. Last week was huge for me, I finally sold my late father's house. I have been taking care of it for years now and it has been difficult as the house was a few hours away. So that was a big personal win! I inherited a motorcycle from him as well and I told myself I would sell it and use the money from it to buy a really nice guitar. Well, I found someone selling a never been played PRS CE24 for a steal of a deal. It all just seemed to fall together, and one road trip later, and this beauty is mine! I never thought I would own such a nice guitar!

  9. I love this game and when I found out there was a whole community of custom DLC creators I fell in love with the game all over again!! Then I found out about the Championship.....I'm never going to stop playing this game!!! I've got about 6 or so months on the bass and about 150 hours in game. Here's my entry for Beginner and intermediate. I kept failing the Advanced Dua Lipa song but I'm having a blast playing it.

  10. Figured I'd do a playthrough as it's easy to cheat with songs like this. Played on the 5 string bass path. It gave me notes I probably should have gotten but then made me miss some notes I felt like it should have detected (maybe I was off-rhythm I dunno?) so I think it balances out, and at least it's honest where you can see where it gave me notes I didn't hit. 4th time playing the song, it's actually quite fun. Good luck to everyone else! I encourage you all to record yourself playing.

  11. Unfortunately, I will start this post off with some bad news and that is our lead developer has parted ways with the Ignition4 project. We wish him the best in the future and I want to thank him for helping us get Ignition4 launched. I just wanted to clarify a few things with everyone: We never intended to launch Ignition4 until the main features were completed. This included a long beta testing period where we would fix any problems that we found. We ran into an unrecoverable bug with our old website where the login cookie from the forums would not be sent to Ignition3, causing a login loop. I had all of our devs look into it, and none of them could resolve the issue. Our backups did not resolve the issue and I was forced to upgrade. That is where we are now. Ignition4 is still being developed but all future features that we had planned for Ignition 4.5 have been canceled. This is due to the lack of Laravel/Livewire developers we can find. At the moment we only have three including me. None of us know Livewire as much as our ex-developer knew so we're stuck on fixing certain things and adding new features. We will continue to fix any issues and try to improve Ignition4 to make it as smooth as possible. What does this mean for the future of CustomsForge? Ignition5 - React We plan on rewriting Ignition4 to use React instead of Laravel. Every developer I've interviewed recently knows react. It is way easier to find react developers over laravel developers. We already have a dedicated team of 7+ devs (compared to our old team of 4) that knows react over laravel. It took 2+ years to complete ignition3 to ignition4 due to major rewriting issues, but the move to ignition5 should take a quarter of that time in theory. To kickstart the Ignition5 project, I brought back our original layout designer @AshesOfOwls. She helped us design the original UI for Ignition3. We adapted that design for Ignition4, and will be updating (or even revamping) the look for Ignition5. We are very excited to get most of our staff on board to help with the Ignition5 react project === Q&A Q: Will planned features for 4.5 be included in 5? A: Our main goal will be porting all currently used features for Ignition4 with features we wanted for 4.5 in mind. This way we can get the website over to react ASAP while also improving missing or broken features. Q: When will collections come back from the old site (Ignition3)? A: At this time, collections from the old site will not be brought over. It has 20 million entries and it's just impossible to work with that amount of data at the moment. We will need to figure out the best way to store that data without making ignition slower. Q: Are there any planned features that might make it for Ignition4? A: Not at the moment. We would love to bring Artist search back, as that is highly requested but that would need to be done with extra free time not devoted to fixing ignition4 bugs or coding Ignition5. Q: Are you not looking for Laravel developers anymore? A: We would absolutely love to find another Laravel developer so we can finish some features on Ignition4 that are not completed. If you know Laravel + React that is a huge bonus. Contact Unleashed2k on our Discord if you have any of these qualifications. Q: There are tons of broken features! I don't like the new site, etc etc A: We are fully aware there are some people who do not like the current website. Like I mentioned before we never wanted to release the site in this current state, but it is an improvement overall with the new site speed and forums being upgraded. We are working on bringing all the features from Ignition3 & Ignition4 and the planned 4.5 to Ignition5 Q: Will Ignition5 still use the forums? A: Yes! We will be using a more advanced integration using the IP Board API which will allow us to use groups & more features from IP Board. === We're very excited about the future and the possibilities of Ignition5. I hope this answers some questions and we're looking forward to improving CustomsForge. Edit: I've launched the Ignition4 FAQ. We hope to create the ultimate knowledgebase of all Ignition4 questions there. https://ipb4test.customsforge.com/index.php?/faq/

  12. It's Halloween season! I hope everyone is doing well as I've known from personal experience the last couple years have been difficult. I just wanted to provide a recap and give everyone some updates: Rocksmith+ has been delayed Donations are no more, Patreon is the only current method to support CustomsForge If you're unable to support us via Patreon - disabling ad-blocker is another method of providing support to CustomsForge. Announcements Server Move With your help via Patreon we've successfully migrated our server to a new location with NVMe drives. Additionally we've split our servers to improve performance. This may take a few weeks to fully optimize but so far it feels better already. Newsletter The newsletter has found multiple delays due to trying to find a replacement method of viewing/displaying it without requiring an advanced editing software and the use of PDF. I've found a solution that I am currently testing and I am hoping to have the newsletter revived before the year is over. YouTube Our YT hasn't launched yet but it is currently on indefinite hiatus until we can find the best way to approach it. For now we highly recommend Chainbrain's channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgeE4uJZqmsQBURNPKs9Haw Ignition5 Cancelled, Ignition4.5 is now planned. As of now, ignition5 has been officially cancelled. Migrating our current setup and moving the current features to i5 is too difficult with the lack of developers we have for that project. I plan on working on future improvements and creating the roadmap for Ignition 4.5 as previously planned. I would like to take some current features and rewrite them with the current setup we have now. We still want to release features such as: Ignition4 Profiles This would allow you to see how many CDLC's are in a user's collection, how many cdlcs they've created, etc An area to manage artist and creators you've hidden Notify on new EOF/RSTK releases Updated CDLC page (show what songs have been updated since you've added it to your collection) Email Settings and more features that have been requested by you! Merch With the demand of our shirts we decided to move our limited shirt into a permanent item. You can pick up any merch here: https://merch.customsforge.com/ Knowledgebase I've launched our official knowledgebase which I plan on expanding. You can find these current articles: How to use CDLC Getting started with Ignition4 Discord We're trying to hit the goal of 7 server boosts so we can incorporate discord's new Role Icons. If you would like to support us you can do so via https://discord.gg/cf and select "Server Boost" up top on the drop-down for the server. This is entirely optional and worst case I'll grab all 7 boosts myself, but just in case people want to help MAGFEST We currently plan on attending MAGFEST 2022! I'm still unsure if I am going but I need to decide soon. However our main team will be there with changes due to COVID. More details will come out later as we need to have meetings to figure things out. Wrapping up... I Just want to thank every single person here at CustomsForge. From the staff, the developers, our creators, and members. Thank everyone for supporting us! Keep rocking.

  13. I just wanted to take a moment to say how much I appreciate the creators of this forum and the creative minds that have come together to create some amazing content here! I've played Rocksmith for over half a decade now and really learned how to play guitar as a result of it. I spent hundreds of dollars on DLC and even then I found myself eager for more DLC content of Artists/Producers that I couldn't find anywhere in the games available DLC until one day I decided to check and see if there was a place where users created their own content for in game experience and found myself here. I haven't played guitar this much in a while because I found myself not enjoying the content I had as much as I used to. So Thank You to everyone that has contributed to this forum and it's content. Your efforts are greatly appreciated and I love you all.

  14. As a relatively recent (less than a year) participant and even more recent organizer crew member, big thank you to @Rodman and all the other organizers over the years who have kept this thing going. I'm so glad I found the Championship as it has pushed me to improve my bass playing skills (from beginner to finishing second on the advanced song several times) and has also introduced me to a variety of good music. Rock on and I hope you all enjoy this week!

  15. @Mikson @AllPlayers - .... hardest beginner song ever.... well i tried to level up to int on Rob Zombie - Black Sunshine and made it to 98.05 in 85 tries 6 years ago if i remember correctly, that one may be even a bit harder... but the song this week being int/adv, absolutely agreed, ... howecer that was our rating then, actually it was a straight 3 - so it´s da capoed as Chuck Norris beginner challenge. And always remember... when Chuck Norris is doing push ups he actually pushes the world down.... and so shall you! Rock! Chuck Norris does not do phone calls, he screams!

  16. @Rodman I finally got some time to record my version of Heaven's on Fire. This one turned out to be really fun! Usually I record each part until I get a good take. This time I took a different approach this time and recorded it in sections. I got a drum track from Band in a Box, then I recorded the first verse on guitar, then recorded the vocals for it, and for some recorded a vocal "chorus" an octave higher. Then I did the same for the next section and so on. I put the solo in last, I fear it is just random flailing. I tried to tease around the resolving note and let it ring out at the end of the solo. Not sure how successful I was. I watched a video about fixing up vocals that the guy broke it up in sections, so I thought I would try that approach for my recording. The idea was that I would try to use an auto-tune plugin on it, but honestly it didn't make me sound much better, so I ditched it. I ended up with a chorus effect and a compressor on the vocals and that was it. I took a screenshot of the DAW for the video still, I wasn't feeling creative photographing the guitar, so I thought it interesting. I'm using Cakewalk which is now free.

  17. I have to share...I just got home from my kids orchestra concert. My son played All About That Bass on the electric bass that belonged my dad and he rocked the solo! My dad would have been proud! And my daughter was so into the music playing her violin, it was great!

  25. You are adressing quite some hot topics here. Where do i start!? Adding another class is out of the question. Setting up weeks is a lot lot of work and adding another class would push it over the edge. Plus it is totally unnecessary. It would only lower the number of competing players in each class without any real benefit. I´ve been in int/adv for years always with better players with no chance for a win. Did i belong to that classes - yes, was it fun - yes, did it make me better - yes, vastly. Flipping through your performance - you are clearly an advanced bass player, and you can clearly compete with us here: Back in 2015 when rules where much more basic there where weekly discussions and complains cause players were upleveled against their will without a chance of coming back (unless they would pause for 3 weeks). We have developed the system a lot and I personally have been fighting hard to make it very fair so that neither the individual player nor the class will have disadvantages of leveling rules. It´s very loose now and i think noone is forced to play a class he doesn´t want to be in. In your case i really encourage you to take the challenge to jump over and try to kick us - it will make you try harder, you will try to get the one or the other .1% to get into the places, and your 1st adv win will be more satisfying than the weekly one in Int. Plus leveling up does in no way mean you shall stop competinbg against the INT classmates. It´s really fun to keep doing all songs and see how easier and well sounding the songs get on your personal progress. I think the perfect example is @MaZtoR - He has gone through all the classes here over the years, is a phenomenal player and masterclasser in all paths now and keeps playing all the songs of all classes every week. "advanced people should be moving up more readily (The rule of 99,5% should maybe not apply to the top levels of bass)" - well i personally am a strikt oldschool upleveler, have never upleveled without hitting the limit, never will, but i have spent like 20hours in a week on a song to do it. And i will when i hit a 99.5 on a 7, though adv feels a lot more fitting then mc on bass right now. I've also been thinking about the difficulty score of the songs. Maybe we could talk about the levels after the week is over... No, please!!!!!! - please please come up with your rating WITHIN the week!!!! that makes the competitioin better! But don´t shoot quick, if you think it´s wrong do a very aware playthrough and post your comment. On weekstarts i always try to write my personal song ratings on the 1st tries. All orgas do a sensational job in rating, and the ratings are done as objectively as possible. The rating does not (always) reflect the accuracy scores!!!!!!!!!!!!! Example... you have a hard walking bass 7 adv song, i will get 95 at the end of the week maybe, on the mc side we have an insane ProgMetalSong that has short close to Gog sections, clearly a 9 but it has 3000 notes with long connecting empty string runs which will lead to 98%, still song is unplayable for me, clearly a 9. And yes, by discussing songs difficulties it is possible to get Classes Songs, Player Levels, the Level-Ups as perfect as possible! Rock!

  31. When this album first came out, my metal elitist friends told me it wasn't worth listening to, that Opeth wasn't metal anymore. Years later I listened and wow, it is one of my favourites of theirs. Incredibly underrated. Normally I recommend Sabaton as an "easy" metal band... but that song's not easy! And... a little late, but you can see why this video took a little extra time!

  33. @diceslinger- oh my... what a challenge. After your last week vid of course i had to go for vocals and guitar at the same time. Warning: not a singer, never sang my whole life, just talkin my way through the song. It might hurt a bit. I must say it didn´t go bad with the coordination playing and vocals but that lifts the thing on another diff level. As i try to really learn and memorize the songs, the vocals are somehow needed anyway. Let´s see how often i´ll make use of that in the future.... However for the arrangement. First i produced a Trio+ track played along and recorded the vocals. Then i deleted the whole thing and focused on a very plain campfire version without help from the back recorded on the bad cellpjone mic.

  35. Unfortunately guys I have to sleep as I work nightshift, our staff will be clearing the issue throughout the day so it will keep going up and down. I tried multiple fixes and I have not found a solution yet but we will keep investigating. The website & discord will be updated once a fix has been deployed that works. I apologize for the problems but we are actively trying to fix it.

  36. Fast fingered bass? Count me in! I was going to make a playthrough video of the sightread, but I forgot to enable my bass amp's mic in obs settings and my phone cut the video short in the middle of the song due to energy saving So here is a short clip of me getting attacked by my chair at the middle of the solo. (Warning, audio is from phone mic only, so it is a bit boomy.) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1DoKrLRMtQqzqTgZP-5qZ4Q0wOCFvEyxb/view?usp=sharing

  39. Where did Gamut go all that time? Well, I've been having a lot of success playing live on Twitch lately! Been making friends with people like Phil from All That Remains, Herman Li from Dragonforce, and Brittney and Andy from Unleash the Archers. Been living the dream! But recently, my apartment became unhabitable due to mold, yikes. Had awful health problems that were getting worse every day. So... I had to evacuate, and now I cannot stream, which was my livelihood. T_T But things are working out. My friend's letting me stay with them for a time, and even though the internet cannot stream, every day out of the mold gas is making me feel more like myself. I'm looking forward to making Youtube videos, writing original music, and honing my chops again in the Championship on these much improved forums with you fine folks these coming weeks.

So also just sharing cuase none of my friends care about this Sight Reads: ill blame it on the new pick... Fun song - knew the rhythm will be a blast I just now noticed i played the wrong Uncle Acid song so ill do the right one soon This song is insane... like seriously somecrazy shit, might be the lowest score i ever got on a sightread The hybrid picking acoustic part sound so so good, cant wait to learn it Have a good week everybody

  44. Oh Lol, well... It's my first time for participating, so... I've been playing this song for a while, that was my best score, but for some reason i can't get to anywhere near this anymore. Sometimes RS doesn't detect notes and chords that I play, so it just counts it as m "Missed" note, even though I play the right note. But for what i've seen, i'm not the only one it happens to. By the way, If I Had A Gun by Noel Gallagher was my CDLC, so thanks for sharring it, and i'm glad you like it

  46. For adv bass this one is still like long solo for me . Cool song though so not a huge paint in the back to play it few times and one more :D. the biggest problem i have in finding a right fret as I still play looking at the fretboard and if there is too many changes I very often loose the orientation when looing at the screen trying to see which notes go next... There should be small little knots on the strings (like markers on the J and F keys) so it would be easier to find right fret without looking on the guitar... LOL. These songs help a lot in getting use to fret positioning, however a guitar I have tuned for this song has different neck length from my usual guitar, which again, does not help this shows my progress within a week and between 12 approaches (1st try no worth mentioning.. approx 60% SIC!). and few more hours in riff repeater...
