It still wasn't that easy on lowest DD :lol: http://i.imgur.com/hLIvPxS.jpg Very fun to play, with many interesting techniques and many different sections. http://i.imgur.com/Hc22xoE.jpg I played those bends as slides from 9th to 7th fret. It sounds good and is possible to do :lol:, unless you have real spaghetti :D While in C# you might want to try Limp Bizkit - Shotgun. It has some quite fun bass parts (on easier side).

I confirm that accented characters from french are working well. I do spend a lot of time adding it to th xml files since EoF "removed" them... If you could add them back this would be amazing !

Introduction: Was cleaning up some old documents and found these inlays, these were made waaaaay back where the inlay proces was still in the beginnings. Anyway it looks really easy now, the toolkit makes it into .psarc files and you can just put them in your CDLC folder. Then you can select them in game. All my inlays are always the band's logo on all the small frets and then a special/bigger logo or name at the 12th fret. You can check out examples at my youtube channel or at the preview album. What's up people, while browsing around the web for a solution, I was unable to find any no-cable workaround for using an audio interface on Mac. Then I stumbled across this gem. Worked like a charm, got my M-Audio 2x2 working perfectly with Rocksmith immediately, and wanted to share for any other Mac players! This thread concept may get to be a bit long and to keep from cluttering up the forum with them, I would suggest this be a sticky, or a mod remake one and sticky it. That being said... Thank you, one and all for the creation of not only the ability with the DLL file but those that make the custom files. It's a group effort and I've found that the "You" lesson files (scales, chords, strumming, exercises, etc) have been a godsend and I feel have done more for me than the vanilla base game. Y'all are truly a blessed group of folks. ~BD

@@raynebc, Some extended characters are not supported in the game. The following list of ASCII characters seems to be a good start for lyrics (I have tested all of them in RS2014) : from 32 to 33 from 39 to 41 from 44 to 46 from 48 to 59 63 from 65 to 90 from 97 to 122 131 133 138 140 142 154 156 from 158 to 159 162 181 from 192 to 214 from 216 to 246 from 248 to 255

You still need to have Wwise 2013, 2014, or 2015 installed for the toolkit to auto convert wav or ogg audio to the required Wwise wem files. If this feature of the toolkit works then you have the correct Wwise version installed, otherwise you will get a toolkit error message.

@@Bluetac it may have change but when the feature was introduced, wwise still needed to be installed for it to work as the toolkit just used the command to tell wwise what to do. Maybe it changed since then but people have reported that the conversion never worked when they had wwise 2016 installed.

I pledge to release more customs myself as I've been working on some new customs from bands that I haven't seen in the database such as Failure, Year Of The Rabbit, and Plini. The custom making process is pretty easy and we have plenty of tutorials to get you started. I personally recommend using ultimate-guitar.com and songsterr.com for quality tabs. Please always test your customs again and again until you find them worthy of release. We always have members here that will help you. MAGFEST I will be attending MAGFEST this year and I'm set to volunteer at the Rocksmith booth to help get new users into Rocksmith. If you want to meet me I'll be there and hopefully you can kick my ass in Rocksmith. :)

I found (on my guitar anyway) that if you tune to the lower end of the tuning range, for a given string, you get less misses. Ie. Tune your strings very, very slightly flat.. That's on my EB 11's. edit.. Also, I find that I get less misses when my guitar is switched to 'Lead' (Bridge pickup) than when set to Rhythm (neck Pickup). It really does depend on the song being played. This has been tested playing the same song on both settings and is especially true when playing chords.
