A little start into the new week. Man Who Sold the World Bass The Crowing Bass Those two are awesome. Tried to get 100%, but my hands said no. Your White Shirt Bass This was my first run, without slapping. So, not really valid i would say ;P After that i got in a 2hour journey for learning slapping with the bass, and i got it down fairly quickly. Im just not fast enough yet, so here with slapping: Your White Shirt Bass Slapping And i have to say, man slapping is fun haha ;D i gave the weird looking japanese boys song a run too. Seemed fairly easy, beside that weird bridge/chorus-thingy part. The song itself is ok. Not bad but not really ground breaking either. cheers guys!

Reminds me of being a kid and sitting in my mates house listening to a LOT of grunge and sneakily smoking out the window :D. Not keen on The Gazette, though I like the music, just the singer doesn't sound quite the right fit for the style, the tune's good but I dunno... something's not right.

Well, I'm pretty terrible at slapping on the higher strings (I've done things like Antipop reasonably well, but otherwise haven't done much slapping), so it's a good thing I'm not in the masterclass! I'll probably try to improve at that technique because of that reminder, though. Played both the intermediate and advanced ones. I don't see any reason why I shouldn't be able to hit 100% eventually on either of them, but I'll probably keep doing random/stupid misses. I'd probably rate the C&C song as slightly more difficult because of that passage in the middle, but I don't feel very strongly about it at this point. I just can't get rid of the last few misses (some mine, some phantom) so I tried playing Warp Asylum bass in SA Master Mode. I lost a few percentage points on misses at the transitions between sections, but I still did well.

I've been having elbow pain for the last few weeks. I have researched it , and I might have to take 4-8 weeks off to recover the tendons. It appears I could cause serious damage if I keep at it. It hurts to open the lid on my water bottle at this point. I have been playing through the pain until now. I do not know what I'll do without playing everyday. Maybe I can work on my right hand some. Get my speed up and string skipping I guess. I think I'll probably post a score once a week in my class to keep my diehard status, but I will not be competitive. I have had a great run, and I really appreciate what everyone does around here to organize this. Also, the people who put time in to make the customs rock! I have had a great run, and I look forward to coming back with a vengeance. Geno

An hour on the Gazette bass and I'm up to over 97%. For advance bass, this one seems way easier than Warp Asylum last week. But then again, I find The Man Who Sold The World a little too tricky for beginner level. I'll work on both this week just 'cuz I'm a Bowie fan from waaay back. The bass lines on most songs from Ziggy Stardust are challenging. I might have to submit one or two for the Challenge.

I honestly don't remember picking The Crowing but apparently I have :huh: I don't think I've even got it in my CDLC files, and I have a fair few Coheed... I don't recognise the tune either. Bizarre. I must've been drunk!

You should try horny Alex360 advice, i have presented all fixes i know. Most of fixes are surely invented by others, but i think its great to have them all, at least most, in one place with example songs...place where all issues could be discussed. Collecting issues without fixes makes people just horny to fix those issues. If that fix will work i will copy paste that to fixes. So if you manage to fix issue pls report what's cure for that kind of issue. Also if you know any other general fixes pls report. Anyway thx for songs. Have loved em through years, even before new version of game. Merciful fate: Is That You Melissa? and Andy James: What Lies Beneath will cum first in mind, but it would take week to label every great song you have made (and i have played). Hat on, hat off. Something general too. Haven't have any issues with songs, and played over 100 in row now (not same day).. What the Fuck, come on charters you make me out of hobby jobby. So days like these... listed oldies are uncolored/removed only once per month, since that way it looks like i still do something.

Open up the toolkit (latest version) and click Low Bass Tuning Fix, then select you psarc file. That should fix the bass.

As much as I'm not a Metallica fan I do have to agree that that combination of skills is exceptional.
