Lead part for Cities On Flame is finished, have to test it now then comes the link. I also worked out fixes for rhythm and for bass and sent to manchot66. Just wait a little bit until he sees his post, this guy is fast :)6 points

Heheh I feel exactly the same way @@missis sumner :) It does baffle me how some songs that, for me, are brick hard, are easier for others but we're probably in similar ability brackets elsewhere... to measure ability is too complex for my mind-brain. I canne get my head round Alanis Morisette AT ALL, I was wondering if I must have been playing an elite version of it or something that had been penned by "Bassy McFacey-Bassington of Bassingstoke" (A purely fictional bassist who is awesome and stuff) ! But, I guess it's where my bass related shitness lays too :) Edit: Little score update for the renamed - Big Fun :) (Not be confused with the boy trio of the late 80's who did a cover of blame it on the boogie and thus faded into obscurity) This song just makes me very happy :) Plus my 16 y/o niece is a huge AC/DC fan, she rocks on guitar :) http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=4459081236 points

Maybe it's just me, but I had a bunch of "misses" on the E string for open and properly fretted notes until I tuned the E string ~10 cents flat. I still can't keep up on the fast bits, but my frustration level has dropped. I'm up to 86% on bass4 points

Might try for it a few more times before the week's out. I'm also done with Alanis i think. Not technically my first attempt at this song since I'd played an earlier version once before, but it's my first run of this more updated version. Fantastic song, everything from BoC is so much fun to play. Anyways, 88% MC Lead http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/544152993456501732/EC7E4699531520EF0CB502876E1BE1939688A2C5/3 points

So, the concert last night was a lot of fun. Kind of sucked that I didn't get back to my apartment until 2, but it would have to suck a million times worse for me to regret going to the concert. Anyways, the bands in order of appearance: Graveyard: Great opening band, which I'd describe as very bluesy rock. I hadn't really heard of them before I decided to go to this concert, but I'm glad we showed up early enough to see their show. Clutch: I liked Clutch a lot going in, but I wouldn't necessarily have described myself as a huge Clutch fan going in. That's changed with this concert, as they stole the show. Hard to give highlights as the show was pretty awesome straight through, but I think Spacegrass and Electric Worry would have to be included. Mastodon: I'm not sure exactly what the deal was since the previous bands seemed great, but the sound seemed to be a little messed up (this was especially noticeable with one of the mics - after a couple of songs they started moving Brent Hinds to the central mic when he was the lead vocalist - but the sound as a whole seemed excessively muddy). But their show was still pretty great, just not quite on the level that I hoped for, or the level of Clutch's set. The highlight would almost surely be Blood and Thunder, especially with Neil Fallon singing the latter half of the song. Favorite CDLCs: "Favorite" mostly just means that I like playing them :D Graveyard - Right is Wrong probably adv-MC level bass (first note in CDLC happens almost instantly as there is no leading silence. At least it's a sustain) Clutch - The Elephant Riders probably int level bass Mastodon - The Last Baron (CDLC not perfect, but...) hard to give a rating for the entire song, but I'd say the hardest parts reach MC level (but really, you all already have Blood and Thunder, which also has the advantage of not being 13 minutes long. Also, if The Motherload had a bass track I might have chosen that).2 points

I'm working on the issues on Cities On Flames Lead that manchot66 can fix them. Puh, it's more than I thought. Sitting about 2 hours to find them out and screenshot them, would be about 8 or 9 bars. Be patient, new version should come out soon. after finishing there were about 15 bars corrected. Now let's wait and see2 points

Tried Big gun lead a few times today but the solo is to long and hard for me so i decided that i wont play it anymore. I don't believe i would learn anything from it.
