i had a busy few days, but nonetheless got some session time in Hotel California, 92,96%, 73 streak I'll have yet to do a run for the rhythm part, but i took a quick look into it and it seemed quite the challenge AND i also got myself a bass, hahaha thats the beauty: Fender Squier Jazz Bass Im totally new to the bass, played some for a few minutes if a friend had one, but i think my guitar "skills" sort of helps. In my Head QOTSA, 96,065 This was the most difficult one for me, as im good on my left hand but not so much on the right and the repetitive fingering of one string caused me some little cramps. Crackerman Stone Temple Pilots, 95% Cool song by a cool band, bot kinda boring to play Hotel California, 95,38% My favourite on the bass. Lots of fun playing this one Party At Ground Zero, 89% Some parts are cool, some part nots so much in this song. Well... my right index and middle fingers got blisters now, so i think i'll take a little break with the bass while i decide in which class i'm going to enter with it. cheers guys!

For those who think I can't play the bigger badder bass...I've played on it before, Im used to the size...however I cant seem to come close to my mark on this song anymore Also interesting how frippchen plays it in standard 4/4 while I play the main riff like a swing

My problem is not so much muscular, but just lack of callouses, at the moment, and it's the first time in just over a year of playing that I've felt it in my plucking hand. I'm currently working on a building site and maybe I've been using too much hand moisturiser at work? :D

yeah I have been having the same type of both forearm, fretting hand, picking hand, plucking fingers growing tired much to fast but with the song picks this week ( I know one was my pick :O) it seems that I am not the only one I thought that maybe i was getting old. Most likely just out of practice. I have to give some props to those of you bass players who have gotten 85% or better on this fishbone song. Something I liked about the previous CDLC search page was that it would highlight in bold all the new postings since I last visited the page. Now, that feature seems to be absent in ignition. This feature was especially nice for when I was gone for a few days and knew when to stop perusing the listings when the bold stopped. Now, I'll have to have some idea when I was last visiting the search page.

to all MC Bass players: I have fixed this bar in the middle at the guitar solo, all notes are on their right place now. I guess this happened during synchronizing with GPA, the notes were in sync but shifted, weird to play there. First I worried about losing progress of the song and all stats and nice leaderboard if I repair this. I tried this and didn't work for me. Could it be because I'm left handed? Do I need to modify the cgm? (I have the cherub rock DLC and CDLCs songs works well) Also, I've been doing some skins for the amps, but can't pack again the gears_pc. I've looking at unpacked psarc files of some of the inlays and tried to learn from your work, but I have no idea how to create the aggregate_graph.nt. Do you think something like this would be possible? To have custom skins for the amps and cabinets? Still doesn't work. I tried with one in the inlays folder and one out, and neither work. I am also a lefty like Peon. Edit: I tried flipping both axes and setting the id to another DLC I owned and it worked :D Just gotta try it with the inlays I Want and the correct way round now. Edit 2: Got it working fine now, and in the correct orientation. For me, I had to flip it horizontally and select "Prayer of the Refugee" as my ID (I own the DLC). Currently using the Sharkfin by frack while I wait for the synyster gates one to be uploaded. Is there any way to convert a psarc back into cgm so that I can flip them, too? Edit 3: Just noticed that at some frets the inlay is slightly off to the side or over the fret. Not sure if it's just this inlay or all.

I appreciate your thread, and I'll support it the best I can. I've currently made an inventory of all available tabs, about 230 and I'll check them for accuracy in the next days, to see what I'll do next. Bucketfel is a hell of transcriber, I hope he will continue his greatly appreciated job. There are currently 54 cDLC, not only Pikes.

Actually, this is the first time I'm hearing about this (make sure to use our Tracker to report any bugs you find). Have you tried clearing your cookies? I fixed a bug today in Ignition that I think affected you. Can you try now and tell me if you get results on the first page load? Can confirm I was having the same issue previously - seems fixed now. Now if we could have it so clicking an artist name, sorts by that artist / shows only that artist, the same as "Old Search" does - and not open the entry's pop-up, that would be awesome. Clicking the song should open the pop-up (if we must insist on having it), while clicking artist name should then show only that artists tracks.

I would get rid of any songs you got from torrents. Most of them are old and riddled with problems. You're better off with current, updated customs from here. I'd also recommend adding songs in small batches instead of adding 800 all at once. Sometimes customs conflict with each other and cause problems. It's easier to find problem customs when you add them and verify them in smaller batches.

Ouch! I'm having real problems with my fingertips! I've only managed to play Hotel C. once tonight (okay, twice - but the second was just pure pain). My plucking hand just given up. So I decided to play a couple of songs with a pick, only for my fretting hand to give up. I used to be able to play for a couple of hours before this finger tip pain cut in, and I know I had an easy week with my rubber strings on the U-bass last week, but still, seriously? Half an hour on a Tuesday after playing proper steel strings since Saturday is not good. /that's my excuse, and I'm sticking to it.
