I skipped the masterclass so as not to ruin my effectiveness, but I checked the chart and in my opinion it doesn't really fit for rhythm path, more like lead path.

I would suggest going to tools (while in the main menu press spacebar) then difficulty settings- > Dynamic difficulty -> off  or you can increase the sight read to max.

improvements:
I think i mightve rated rock the night a bit too low. probably more of an 8 or 7.5. Cause most of the notes are in the solo so it makes it really hard to get a good % and i doubt anyone in our class will make 97%+ (but do surprise me if you can!)

I don't think this song is hard enough to be a 9 or higher but maybe we can meet at the middle point and say 8.5? 

The song is doable, I can 100% it at 90% speed (which i can't always say for most songs) I just fumbled when playing it full speed on score attack. It might look intimidating cause of the fretboard navigation and speed but theres not that many parts to learn /and are simple when slowdowned as they are basic shapes or just going down the scale/ most of them repeat at the end, and its short.

Apparently APT -Rose and Bruno mars (the singers in the beginner song) got an award at MAMA last week (just now got a yt short). As to what is MAMA? I have no idea  but looks like some grammy type event

It is really a miracle I won last week in bass-masterclass! 

I can't even reach the 90s here!!! 

At 95% speed I still feel in control, but at 100% speed everything crumbles...

Very hard song for me but having fun! If it weren't for the Championship, I wouldn't even had dreamed to reach to this point one year ago! Still a lot of work to do!!!

Nah you won last weeks fair and square (atleast on my end) I riff repeated that song a tooon and wasnt able to get near you!

Glad you had some fun with this song! I did too, and it was a random find I probably wouldnt have played it if i was'nt in the championship/hosting.

Likewise you and the other players are what motivates me to practice songs. I tend to be lazzy and just eye sight it/ not practice it so this is always a good push for me
