After some troubles and with the guidance and patience from the Championship wizard ( @ Rodman  ), I am honored to host this week Championship!!!

*Please let me know if there are any corrections in last week winners' list.

I hope youlike this week's selection!!!!

* The begginer song may be quite difficult as @ cacahuate51  awknoledged when he rated the song, but I stand by his assessment! Please enjoy the challenge!

*I am sorry, both intermediate and advance bass paths are rated 6, but I felt the Smashing Pumpkins song is a bit more repetitive and predictable. Again, please enjoy the challenge!

*I realized pretty late (after testing everything) that three of the song were selected by @ jellisjenius  . I know it is not good practice, but I find it pretty hard to have everything OK with the ratings and on top of that having each song suggested by a different person.... So, @ jellisjenius , if you ever dreamed of waking up one day and have three of your songs selected, this is your day!!!! You are cordially invited to join us!!!

All of them feel more difficult for me by at least 1 rating
In general, over the last few weeks, I feel like compared to when I first joined here all the difficulty ratings are lower now. The first 3* song I FCed to promote to intermediate was Don't Panic - Coldplay 

With that in mind, I'd like to get demoted back to Intermediate for Lead guitar because I don't see how I can keep up with any of the advanced songs or even intermediate sometimes

Everyone - please do us a favor and give us your difficulty impressions when submitting a score - for you its the pressing of one digit, or 3 characters if you wanna follow my layout there - (X) - for us it´s very important info that makes everything a bit better!!!

Love this song and those jazzy lead chords! This was attempt number 5, all my previous attempts I couldn't hit the 90. I will take a shot at the rhythm/bass charts later

its been a while.. i enjoy this song...even if alot of blink 182 songs are really similar, if i t works dont change it i guess.

dont think i have heard this album from foo fighters yet? song reminded me alot of holy diver by d.i.o or the version i have played more being cover by killswitch. both are apparently offical dlc..never learnt how to play either but i bought it now cause this song made me want to learn it.



never would have imagined a s,ashing pumpkins song to be this hard.. although some of the notes in the lead path do seem a bit inhumane i think...but maybe not and i just need practice.

this one reminded me of a james bond song.. pretty cool. tried to play the guitar and i failed.

Foo Fighters - Something from Nothing // Well... I haven't been a big fan of Foo Fighters and was even complaining the year they were the biggest attraction in Fuji Rock (a japanese rock festival) BUT this song is a pleasant surprise!! I like it a lot!!!

Smashing Pumpkins - Geek U.S.A. // When I was in high school I played so many times Siamese Dream!!! This one was one of the songs I liked a lot. I was excited when it popped out from the random selection! (It was actually assigned to master class because lead is 7.5, but I assigned to advance) I hope I have time to practice lead and rhythm as well!! By the way, I was surprised to find out there were only 3 Smashing Pumpkin songs in ten years! Maybe that means there has been a lot of diversity.

The Guess Who - Undun // Didn't know this song, but it is amazing!!! The singing, the bass and the guitars, all are very beautiful. Hard to find songs like this nowadays... And happy with the progress learning this song in bass!

Both scores are after several rounds of RR. It helps a lot I like the song!! 

I literally slowed down the speed to 1% and still could not decipher exactly what was going on in this part!!! Better to take a still image like this one and study it!!
