Finally back after several  weeks of not being able to play much, my results for now for this week, Hopefully i will get some better scores later.

The last 2 weeks weren't my cup of tea but this week looks great.

Casiopea is one of my favorite bands but it'll probably take a couple more years until I'm able to play their stuff

All the Sightreads:

 

'Big City Nights' looks like it's the perfect N+1 difficulty for me to learn and improve, so I plan to focus on this one this week

Without the solo it looks definitely somewhat playable/learnable

 

Not sure why the Rhythm one has the same difficulty as Lead, the parts that I found difficult in Lead aren't in the Rhythm, and when gauging difficulty from a Rhythm player's perspective I think the slides aren't too much to ask for a beginner rhythm player either

If Rocksmith were better/more strict with its recognition this one would be way more difficult

This is definitely more difficult than the lead one, artificial harmonics, fast runs, lots more triad shapes, 2-string whole-step bends followed by fast pull-offs, etc. 

I think this one is more difficult, and/or the lead one is easier.

And I wonder when it comes to everyone's philosophy about rating lead and Rhythm paths. Do you rank some things easier/harder when it happens in a Lead or Rhythm path?

For example, advanced chords are probably something a good Rhtyhm player has a better grasp of than a Lead player, but some types of solos will be harder.

 WELCOME TO  THE WORLD WIDE CHAMPIONSHIP WEEK 521!!!!!

It is an honour to co-host this week with @ Rodman  !!!

I hope you guys like the selection! It was completely random, eventhough I had to chose a couple of times to adjust for the difficulties and add the bass categories missing.  

It took me a while, but I enjoyed the process, including testing. Hopefully I can do it all by myself next time. And as I said before, I am really amazed how well organize all of this is!!!!

Hello, thanks for another week of championship! And great work @ aNDESmASAMUNE

This week's advanced lead feels good to play and it feels like it's possible to get a high percentage. We'll see if I improve it later:)

I had to try out the song with (10) difficulty rating out of curiosity, wish I could do those arpeggios! I've begun to practice similar arpeggios, but damn it takes a lot of practice

yea i like this cdlc had played it before and had considered suggesting it i guess i just never got around doing so.

i agree with bubble that rhythm is easier than lead. lead the solo just catches me off by surprise all the time


i think the bass is rating a bit high on this one felt like the sameish level as fascination street.

not a fan of the tone a bit loud and i was getting alot of misses but maybe im just bad. decent song though!

never heard this song from them before it was fun!

Hello all!  First time trying this.  Seems like a lot of fun, and will hopefully get me to really working through some songs rather than just using RS2014 in nonstop shuffle mode and never really working through any songs .  That mc bass though

Lead

Nice song from probably the best The Cure album. I know that one solo in this song may be a little above beginner level, but it can be learned.

King Gizzard composes interesting songs. This one is cool, but the chart has some weird notes and the tones are terribly too loud, which needs to be adjusted in the menu.

An old classic from Scorpions. I made a lot of mistakes here that need to be improved.

I didn't dare to try a song with a difficulty 10, maybe later, but I'll probably give it up.
