@@diceslinger - i always start my work on fridays with listening to my own personal "band of the week"........

To make it short, shall we not be chosing "I can see clearly now" by the great Johnny Nash for next week acoustic educational session.

I know it´s not my turn, hit me if you already have one in the bag, but sometimes songs try to force their way through

Rock!

Nice choice, very fitting.  Let's do it!

Great ... so looking 4ward to that

As the site was down, and i was done with selection for next week i forced a lil Every breath with my Trio+ Pedal:

That is pretty cool!  I hadn't heard of that kind of pedal before.  What kind of guitar?  A PRS?

Schecter C6 Solo.

I am also responsible for Roddyboi buying a trio+ pedal. I was excited about that pedal and roddy jumped the gun before me. He liked it so much that I had to buy one as well, but I just suck at playing with it  It's your very own session mode pedal + looper.

You seem to be a bad influence :)

I do my best! I enjoy watching the world burn and I only wish the suffering of others.

This is really a great idea, maybe recording a song could some how be added to the RSCS?  Recording is something that could take it to the next level.

Everyone is invited to record videos of the CS playthrough, we have that since the very beginning.

The Trio+ Pedal...

39671029qu.jpg

...is a blast. You plug in your guitar and teach it a chord progression (for each part of a song if you like)... there is a little drummer and a bassist living in that little box and they play along with the just learned progression - you can force them to use all the styles in the box from jazz to metal and you got the choice of a lot of variations within each style.

Then comes the best part... there is a looper - so next you play along a rhythmtrack with drummer and basist, and you are basically done. If you did multiple parts, you have a sequencer and you have an ownproduced backgroundtrack or your song, and you can even alter the tempo on the fly afterwards (!). If you like you can record unlimited overdubs of guitar or basstracks to have multiple rhythm and lead tracks also.

If needed it also has built in distortion for each style so you can use it on the go without  extra amp with headphones.

Great to learn rhytmn discipline, songwriting, recording and a cool tool to get a quick track to solo over.

Will surely do and post more done with that tool.

Rock!

It's like a trance song but half bpm and "technology bad" lyrics.
I want to like it but its too slow and not much is going on, maybe the rest of the album is better?

Ooh this ain't good, sync is pretty jank. Feel sorry for anyone doing score attack on this.

This is pretty heavy and awesome, shame the bass is off. You can really hear the bass well which makes it easy to spot all the missing notes and places where it is playing where it shouldn't. It also goes a bit off sync near the end.

wow this is fast, can't get those scale runs very well at all.

can't believe I retuned all my strings when it only needed the low C, oh well.

Back in business!

Like this tune:

I don't know if I'm the only one who has this problem, but the first part of this chart is horrible - I can't see the notes...

This is surprisingly easy, I rate it 4/5:
