Hi, new here and thought i might join in.

Yes! I can go to masterclass now. http://i64.tinypic.com/30i8iz9.jpg

I just love the groove of The Flipside.  Here's my 100% after a half an hour in RR.  The last time this was in the challenge, I couldn't make it past 99.6%

Well, well, well .... these days it is my 3 year aniversary in the CS (!)

150+weeks so far with posted scores every week, and what i am most proud of with

http://up.picr.de/29651306yw.jpg

almost exactly one hour of playing every day :) Yes!

So on that behalf i wanted to give you one of my alltime favourite CDLCs to compete on:

Tenacious D - Beelzeboss (fripps ver) - has everything and is a damn fine song with masterable difficulty for most of us. Have fun, and i am willing to challenge any posted score on that one, bring ´em on. ;)

Besides this should be a fun week with a hard beginner song, and before i forget:

@@Tonedef, @@Shocked Mind, @@tupoloflyer - you get an easy one to warm up and you get that 3 song as intermediate - so if you 99,5+ that you can fight for level up and your first int win all at once!

Dinner is served :)

Ahhh Beelzeboss!!  Nice! :)

Went to play this morning and my Sire's developed wicked fret buzz and massive intonation problems literally overnight.  The weather's been changing rapidly and drastically here lately, but it still seemed weird to go out of whack so quick.  This normal?  My Ibby's also got issues, but I've not played that one for ages anyway.

I don't think it's normal but it does happen.  I even think my truss rod on my drop tuning bass managed to work loose.  Either that, or I set it up with massively high action. :)

You probably already know, but you can check how straight the neck is by using the strings as a straight edge.  Press down on the first and 19th fret (or wherever the neck meets the body) and you'll have an idea of how much relief you've got in the neck (today lol).

I have bugger all relief...today!   I've got new strings ordered, been meaning to change them for a couple weeks now anyway, will give it a full dose of tlc when they arrive and hope the weather makes its mind up!

And it would be wrong of me not to let everyone know that I am the absolute best in the Rocksmith world at this song. I have way to many screen names I am noticing...

Haven't played it before - as I wrote in the song thread it's 5:40 playing time and enjoyed it. Good work @@fripponomic

Aaaaand today the fret buzz on my Sire is only above the 10th fret  More playable anyway.

Very nice!  That's a groove! B)  Much head bobbing and bass-facing was done - might have looked like a Muppet, but it felt cool to play!   Never would have thought to play them, but

Used to play Beelzeboss LOADS, not played it for ages though!  Always kept missing out on that elusive 100!  Still missed it (twice!)!
