<= I'm cat-sitting today.

Cats are fed and watered, but I'm not, so once I've had my brekkie, I'm going to have a good go at sorting out my chord recognition issue.

I haven't had a good week for practice really - I spent Sunday partying and falling down stairs (no play), Monday recovering (no play).  Did I play a little Tuesday?  Wednesday some practice.  Thursday, yes.  Friday - working, packing and driving (no play).  Not good.

@@then3verend, thanks for rating... but 10 should only be given if it's really perfect and nothing can be improved. Many differences can only be observed when you only listen concentrated to the music and compare with the written tab, in many cases you need to slow down the audio. That way I noticed at least at lead path any differences here (4 bars in solo were completely different, for others see my rating post), bass also have some too many notes. With sync and tones it is more a subjective decision and harder to rate.

And now I'm gonna try the new version, thanks @@bernixix

Difficulty 8 believe it or not I didnt think this was MC difficulty, the intro is easily repeatable and the solo isn't blisteringly painful. However, it does bring enough challenge to the table this week to satiate us MC players, but I expect more next week

Don't expect too much :P

Does it involve a certain Lovecraftian deity?

For some reason my fretting hand is just not liking the intro to Anthem today (and this totally wasn't a problem when this week started...). Even with a miss there I was able to get some RR attempts that added up to 99.5% on my first or second try for each section (intro, from there to solo, solo, the rest), but I don't think this is going to be my day.

BASS INT:

I managed to jag my way through V1 but then played the last few notes a fret too high :/

V2: Much better to play now. A little bit more difficult then the last two weeks. This is a good quality custom and very well suited to the INT class.

Anthem v4 is great. really upgraded tab

tab 9 (still few notes too many, but very close to the song now. The slide is now playable without any problems)

sync 9

tones 9 (the cleaner tone could be more nice, maybe with a light chorus, but good enough)

HQC  :D

I feel 96-97% if I would do some more tries, but no time :(

@ you definitely have better ears than mine when it comes to listening, I had nothing to really complain about hence 10s.

We do both agree that its a very well made custom, so I'm not gonna try to put up too much of an argument :P

Haha, I like how soon you can get to a conclusion. I request customs being updated from time to time, mostly when I take a look at SSL friday morning. I don't want you to get dissapointed, so hold your breath and wait 'till new week starts.

Check out my easy tutorial on how to add a metronome to your CDLC: Mute the original music, play only with the metronome and find out how good you really sound! Also: Find CDLCs that have the metronome enabled!

Want a USB-Footswitch that you can use to control the tone selection and all the menus in Rocksmith? Check out Rodman's Tutorial and my additions to that!  Footswitch_Logo.png

My CDLCs: Devin Townsend - Life, Deep Peace, Ih-Ah!, Deadhead; Farin Urlaub - Ok

My ideas for new features in Ignition, e.g. filters for Multitrack CDLC and Metronome CDLC.

That's a lovely thing to hear! :)

To my defense for Bass, it is quite similar to Lead (rhythm-wise and such, and even some picking parts), so that's were I got my practise...
