Nice song. It's ok for me to play the solo parts of thi song, but I need more practice for the rythmic !! :o Mardy Bum Lead : http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/313369601180163454/5EDB62A70358EE084C490A15A9024AD0252DB023/8 points

I agree that it's more of a 6 than a 7, but 6 is Adv level now. If I do manage to 100% it (which I'm almost sure I can), I will kind of feel bad if I don't class up. While I'm still not at the level of our resident Masters, I've been hogging the Adv lead throne for the past year, and for the past couple months I've been feeling like it might not be fair. Maybe I should get bumped up already. A lot of weeks I'll party all weekend, swing in on Wednesday night, spend 15 minutes playing my class's song and walk away with 5 or 10 points. That's not cool, man. I should push myself and strive to continue on my journey instead of squatting at a level where I can succeed with minimal effort.8 points

Been home all week with a bad case of influenza and I'm still sick as hell. But i could not keep away from the guitar any longer. if i where well and gave this some time I'm sure i could 99% it. http://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k228/maztor42/Rocksmith%20championship%202014/Skreamska%209752_zpsv4mxh1dx.jpg7 points

Took a break from sucking at MC lead to improve my MC rhythm score. I'm now convinced the game hates me and won't let me 100% this, so here it is with one miss. http://s9.postimg.org/u2l5nq34v/ten_years_after_i_d_love_to_change_the_world_r.png6 points

Tried a bunch to 100% Skreamska with no luck. I've got the tricky chords down, but I keep getting close to the end and then messing up something easy. :( Did some improving on this, though! Still inconsistent at the riffs, but it's coming along. http://i.imgur.com/JTldVZh.jpg I also went up a few on the lead, but I'm gonna hold off on posting pictures about it until I can break 90. Oh, pffft! As if you're not incredibly good looking even when you aren't trying! :P Nice Atari shirt! :D5 points

Fun to play, and my rate dif. 3. http://i.imgur.com/yuO2mKU.jpg Too fun to play, and as said @@Gamut, possible to get 100%, only need a bit practice with shifting chords C5-A5. My rate max 6. So Adv class can got >99% and none will not levelup to MC. My score: http://i.imgur.com/HMXoU8h.jpg5 points

Hi, folks. The latest hotfix (3-4-2016) is in the first post. Changes are as follows: *Altered RS exports to try to filter out non-ASCII characters from exported XML files to prevent invalidly named phrases/lyrics from crashing the game. *Improved "Track>Rename" so that it will disallow a track to be given a name that is already in use by another track. *Added a "Delete w/ lower diffs" function that deletes the selected notes as well as those in lower difficulties that are at the same timestamps as any of the selected notes. This function has been assigned the CTRL+SHIFT+Del shortcut and both it and Note>Delete have been moved into a Note>Delete> submenu. *Updated the save function to write a simplified lyrics file (lyrics.txt) if the Lyrics option in Song>Properties is checked. *Improved Feedback import to support the unofficial "E *" toggle HOPO notation. *Improved Feedback import to convert 5 lane chords to open strum notes. *Corrected RS2 export so that tremolo notes keep their sustain if they are also muted. *Fixed an RS2 export bug where handshape wouldn't export if its base chord was fully ghosted. *Added a "Beat>Events>Place section" function, which has been assigned the SHIFT+E keyboard shortcut, to simplify adding/editing section markers for use in FoF and Phase Shift. This function automatically inserts the specified name into a "[section NAME]" formatted text event. A few event related functions in the Beat menu have been moved into the "Events" submenu. *Added a "Beat>Copy events" function (which has been assigned the CTRL+SHIFT+C shortcut) that copies the selected beat's visible events (ie. those not assigned to a track other than the active track) to the event clipboard. The "Beat>Rocksmith>Paste phrase/section" function is now "Beat>Paste events" and can be used with both "Beat>Copy events" and "Beat>Rocksmith>Copy phrase/section". *Fixed a bug where performing undo would delete auto-recovery information. *Improved the organization of temporary files (undo/redo states, clipboard files, auto-recovery files, etc) to be in a "temp" subfolder of EOF's program folder.4 points

thanx Noon, I'll update it soon :D played on easy now cuz it's so frustrating on hard with those tiny sections, if you get any x you get 3 in a row :( http://up.picr.de/24770630fz.jpg4 points

So... the party won't be starting for a few hours so I am testing out my son's new guitar (well second hand but he's not gonna know :D .) http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=636980598 not a competition obvs! I may start though, if I can get used to the tiny spaces and unnecessary extra strings.... where's the rest of the neck too? You guitarists must have teeeny weeeeeny tiny fingers! :D4 points

No improvement tonight - none whatsoever. And I played it on riff repeater and the whole song a couple of times too. :( And I'm at the Wigan beer festival, after work tomorrow, so I doubt there'll be any improvement then, or Saturday, for that matter. ;)3 points

Had a crack at Int Lead too. I really like playing this song. There are parts of it that are way over my skill level, but enough of it isn't to be fun to play. I doubt whether I can get this to 90%, but I think there is definitely another couple of percent in it. Intermediate Lead - 85.73%3 points

Like albatross said you can try GoPlayAlong. You can sync your tab with the mp3 first. With a full version you can export the xml and just import it into eof.2 points

My recommendation would be "Whiplash" if none of you have seen that yet. I think, that's a movie every musician should see and when you do, you'll know why.2 points

If you're doing this via Netflix, Kung Fury is a great homage to all of the classic 80s kung fu movie tropes while still being both hilarious and entertaining. Plus at a 30 minute runtime it would be a nice refreshing break through the movies. Especially if alcohol be involved.2 points

Gonna be tricky to get a high score when it's all solo. Still, not bad for a sight read.2 points

Extremely short week for me - going away tomorrow and back on Sunday. Still tried to put some time on to this - and this week with a bonus surprise track :). Ghost again - nice tune, but D tuning is killing me. I need to get a second guitar and some really heavy gauge strings. Problems with recognition (my pick-ups?) combined that I barely can touch the E- (D-) string. If i press to hard, than I get a miss... Lead INT - 97.42% Rhythm is trickier since it is even more problematic with strumming in low tuning. However, some parts was quite tricky... Rhythm INT - 87,94% This was really fun to play. Back to the 50's Bass MC - 100% ...and here comes this weeks bonus. I totally missed that the link was wrong for this weeks MC Bass. I played it and enjoyed it. What the heck - here's the result. Now off ot bed - up early to catch my flight at 6 AM. Take care out there!2 points
