Rocksmith 2014 Championship Week 262

Not much time to play this week... good thing I don't like the songs anyway :) just my first attempts

 

 

 

 

I really don't like this one. What kind of "music" is it?

 

 

 

 

Don't really get the rhythm here without slowing down so I just played random strums

 

Decided to try Metallica. Surprisingly not so difficult

It's taking up my free time, I haven't been practicing on these songs as much as I should be  :lol: 
I'll probbaly hit rocksmith hard late Friday and most of Saturday, see if I can catch some of you guys up.

Working hard on lead, but can't seem to do better than this.  Took me half an hour of work to realize that the "solo" section bend the low E string a whole step, plays 2 whole step bent notes, then a HALF step bend, then unbent.  Crazy.

Can I throw a question in the mix, to anyone who wishes to partake!

If you could only listen to one Band/Artist (whole catalogue of albums) For the rest of your time on Earth, who would it be and why? 

I'd like to say Ween, though I'll be sensible and choose Foo Fighters. They've got like 8 albums already, probably knock another 2-3 out before they call it a day as well, their sound changes and every song on each album is fantastic or tolerable  :lol:  Not everyone's favourite but I've loved them since day one.
