I gotta be honest. I don't see the complaints. I've been gaming since the dawn of time, Wolfenstein 3D, Myst, etc... Never have I seen a game come out with their next iteration and had it include so many user-requested changes.

I think it's time we talk about Game Mods
noahfence replied to xZaggin's question in Rocksmith Remastered
These are all fine suggestions for a future release. Perhaps putting them on the official RS forums will gain traction. I was (and still am) amazed at the amount of community feedback that was included in the upgrade from RS to RS 2014. They did a very good job. -

Why are there no major band(s) in RS 2014? (Metallica, etc...)
noahfence replied to MetallicaRules15's question in Rocksmith Remastered
My version of RS2014 came with Aerosmith, Pearl Jam, Boston, Alice in Chains, Def Leppard, Foo Fighters, Iron Maiden.... do we have a different definition of "major"?- 37 replies

Do NOT let the fun be taken away. As soon as it becomes a chore, you've lost. Get to "fixing" it whenever you feel the need.

Just bought the Orange Crush 20LDX. Black Friday shopping for ME! great little amp!

So it's becoming pretty clear a full on wipe of my PC is needed. When it comes time to re-install Rocksmith and all the songs I downloaded, is there a limit to the number of songs you can unpack at the same time? Also - what of the songs I downloaded from Rocksmith 2014, Official content? Do they magically reappear because I'm connected to steam?

What if your voice sounds like an elephant screaming while standing on top of Gilbert Godfried while he scratches a chalkboard with a Justin Bieber (non auto-tuned) CD?

Is it simply a matter of deleting the file from the Rocksmith 2014 dlc folder, then it's gone from the game, too? I'm thinking of any behind the scenes things that may not be readily apparent.

Grrrr the dreaded "click to expand" oops. Close thread?

I was thinking we should have more than 1 sort function on the CDLC page. Sort by 2 or 3 parameters, like Artist>Download>DD, or whatever 2 or 3 parameters we'd put in. I'm assuming that's a SQL query? Shouldn't be too much of a change. Thoughts?

How do you feel about dynamic difficulty?
noahfence replied to devindog23's question in Rocksmith Remastered
I think it, combined with RR, is vital for noobs to learn quickly. Honestly when I see a custom with no difficulty levels, I'll think twice about downloading it. -
I'd like to see some strumming patterns....

I've decided to set aside at least 3 hours per week to this game so I can get better aquainted with chords. I'm in level 4 now - has anyone made it all the way?

How can an $1100 guitar sell for only $200? Do these play well? I'm looking at that white one -

Just got my mitts on a used (but in extremely good shape) RP1000 for 2 hundred dollars! Now... What do all these buttons do? If anyone has one, i do have a quick question: When using more than 1 tone for a song, is it simply a matter of assigning them in adjacent slots, say 55-56 so when you're using the footswitch they happen to be next to each other? Did that even make sense? Oh, and if anyone can advise the wah-wah settings for Computer Blue it would be much appreciated!

Blitzkreig Bob is easy to learn. But for a noob like me, it's difficult to play right. Very fast, and they're all downstrokes. Give it a try!
