It's going to be a good week. I have tested each of these songs and they are all fun to play. The genres are vary as well, from more pop/dance at the lower classes to heavier vibes in the high classes. We also have another song from our friend @ fripponomic band - good again! I added a 3-week GoG/GoR/GoB competition. The Seventh Wonder song is not a full album but a long 30-minute composition, so I decided that 3 weeks was the right time for this. Have a nice week!5 points

This is how I tried to motivate you, because you usually don't improve your first scores, and as you can see, I succeeded4 points

Don't know how I won. Other people had perfect scores, and I don't know if I'm ready for intermediate but I'll give it my best shot.3 points

Had some time, so I redo my INT RHY entry. It is almost identical to the Lead part, except from a small part that is playing octave chrods instead of power chords. I see that the song is not included in the scoreboard, but I hope that doesn't become a pain in the ass when @ Mikson is generating the winners list...2 points

After posting that I got the red frame saying "Posted just now · Hidden - This content must be approved before it can be edited." It felt nice knowing that at least one person HAS to read what I have to say.2 points

My opinion on muting with a hairband: - if your name is Guthrie you can do whatever the hell you want, just pls keep doing it - I don't know anything about this Matteo kid, this was the only thing I saw of his playing. - After watching the single video I'm under the impression that the uses the extra muting not for the tapping parts, but for the finger picking. Like where his wrist is almost parallel to the strings. That looks hard to make it sound good. - If he gets results from that approach, who am I to judge? Sometimes unorthodox technique leads to really great and innovative stuff. - If he doesn't then that's on him. - Yes, the hairband makes some stuff easier. And yes, if you see 2 guys playing the same stuff note-for-note then the one who isn't using it had the harder job. - Overall, IMO, don't use it at practice time. If you can't hear your mistakes they're gonna compound. But in a TV performance setting? I'm not gonna judge. Just know what you're doing.2 points

The answer is simple, but I don't know if it will make you happy. You won because you were one of 2 participants in the beginner bass class. The rest of players are competing in higher classes and their beginner score was just for fun. In the intermediate class it won't be so easy if you take a promotion.1 point

Also, why can't it be edited before approval? Wouldn't it make more sense to disallow editing after approving? That is, if you where trying to not allow 'harmful content'.1 point

Guitar improvements I thought 96% is a good score, but the competition is at a high level! I don't like this combination of chords on the D and G strings alternating with the E string. Recognition is poor there, unfortunately. It should probably be moved 1 string down (in Rocksmith up) and 5 frets higher.1 point

ad bass. I enjoyed playing this but I struggled with the end bit.1 point

Real Tone Cable will always have a delay, don't think you can do anything about it. I also use an audio interface myself with RSMods installed using the "Direct Connect" option instead of Microphone.1 point
