No posts last night due to a technical hitch but I did go straight to number 1 in the INT Bass but only to be beaten straight away thanks to @@guijappe However the week is young so I just might just be able to run through a few more times on Bass.....mainly due to struggling badly on the 6 string. (all my bass scores are using a pick, cos I cant do the fingering bit......... yet)

For some fucking reason Bandicam doesn't work with Rocksmith anymore for me, I've been trying since yesterday to get it to work and I just can't. It used to work perfectly, just lanch it press record boom it's going, now it can't start recording even though I didn't change anything. So sorry, @@Rodman, a screenshot all I can do for now. Here's my Bass contribution....straight into second place...... The technical problem has been sorted but not before causing a lot of swearing and throwing picks about the room. The good news is that my guitar now works but the bad news is the smoke detector does not :blink: I was trying to play the Nachbarscaft song but kept getting really bad recognition issues and the sound was pretty shit, eventually I managed to get a score...... then I swapped the battery for my EMG pick ups with the smoke detector and tah dah....... I will get better at this I promise now the bloody guitar is working properly. night night all

Hi, folks. The latest hotfix (1-17-2017) is in the first post. Changes are as follows: *Fixed a bug with the MIDI tones feature where the tone numbers weren't converted to zero numbering before being used to set the instrument number on the MIDI playback device in use. *Changed "Track>Set difficulty" to have a submenu for easier access to set a difficulty level of 0 through 6 or undefined. The secondary difficulty levels (pro drums and harmony) are set simultaneously if the 0 through 6 functions are used, but they can be set to a different value than the track's normal difficulty by selecting "Manually set" which brings up the original dialog function. *Fixed a bug with GP import that could cause EOF to hang.

I don't speak a decent word of German, but Nachbarschaft certainly has a pythonesque vibe to it, so the silliness factor suits me just fine. I'm up to 99.48% on (bass of course).

That's good going! I think I'm just past my three year bass anniversary, and soon to be coming up to my three year Rocksmith anniversary. It took me a while to find this place though!

Thanks for all of your hard work on EoF! Not a bug, but I have more of a feature request: would it be possible to make your selection in the Waveform Graph configuration save ("Song -> Waveform Graph -> Configure"), so that it is set for the next time you open EoF? So in other words, once you set it to be both left and right channels, that the setting will be saved upon closing EoF? Thanks again!

A couple of additional tips. Open your CDLC project files in EOF. If EOF throws any warnings when you go to save the project again before you exit then you may have some more EOF debugging work to do. EOF does a go job of catching issues, the problem is that most users tend to just ignore these warnings which is not usually a good idea. If you assign multitones in EOF then resist the urge to change the multitone names in the toolkit (you will get a warning if try to do this). Open up the CFSM 'remasterd_error.log' file (do a Windows search for the file if you don't know where to find it). The log has a pretty good description of what the CDLC corruption is. This may help you narrow down what you have to debug/fix in the EOF project before regenerating in the toolkit.

indeed I played the guitar and banjo. Our bassman played that funny little solo on a fretless bass, also improvised. Very nice one :D
