Thanks! I think Me and Noony are at about the same level honestly. I do better at the fast stuff and she is way better at string skipping. I have never held back a score to not go up to MC at this point. I am hopeful with continued improvement with my elbow I might reach a point where I can compete in MC. I agree :) I have a few people I "use" as markers of achievement in-game, if I see someone's name in the leader boards that I recognise and know is good I aim for them as my target :) You're one of those peoples @@genobadass Adv update : http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=538238400it's a shame this is so quiet, the tapping is really good fun, nice introduction to that skill for me as I've been too scared to try it, the short bursts are easier to deal with :)6 points

http://i.imgur.com/gQMa3ce.jpg I cry when angels deserve to die! This is one of the best System songs and it's awesome being able to do guitar karaoke with it. Thanks for saving the song, Nacholede. I haven't made my way back up from D land because I'm playing all these awesome Ghost songs we apparently have on CF. :D But when I make my way up I'll play these other ones a time or two. Also, I'm going to make a video this week! Wow!6 points

Yup, I'm loathe to signing out because when I log back in I can never remember if I have a space between the noony and deloony bit... But that's a "getting on a bit, brain's tired" thing... Should have gone with just noony :) Don't be ridiculous NoonyDeloony is quite simple and... cute :P3 points

@@NoonyDeloony - Perhaps I should have shared it earlier when I made it for myself. Anyway, here's Anything Can Happen... with the bass tone volume boosted 10 dB. Should be audible (like in the video I made).2 points

@@Nacholede Thanks for work. I think in original version the end intro was more right , row of notes at 3th string+single notes at 4th string. In audio track of guitar it possible hear. Second arpeggio same, more right in original, in your missed chords in beginning phrase. Third arpeggio same, missed chord (replaced single notes) Riff. Long sequence 7-8 and 6-7 must have the same number of notes -10, in your version, after row 7-8, missed one 7 in the end row, before last 6 (summary 9 notes). It was in original right. Outro. There first part playing once one chord, then next chord, ending parts playing an exemple G5...G5.G5G5.D5. There need listen only guitar audio for right rhythm and fixing arpeggio. P.s. I download all version, no bass, no guitar, and standard, and can see only one standard version in RS. Is only for me so?2 points

Okay now this week the song is to my liking, although I kinda doubt that my bass'll go down to D Drop C... Should be fine with guitar though, gonna give it a go tomorrow when all the gin wears off. Also, I won bass last week? My name there is spelt wrong :P2 points

Intermediate Bass - 98%, 319 streak It's much better now, those crazy parts are hitting better when it's well synced. MasterClass Bass - 98.93%, 269 streak2 points

As far as I know, if it is a DD song, you can hit space then adjust the difficulty. If it's not a DD song (AFAIK) you can't1 point

@Nacho! Thx again! Very playable for me.. As usual - a bit more difficult tab than before (got 91% on my first run) but likely a bit more acurate.... and still improving as it looks like! - great1 point

@@Huumetucca That's how playing with weird names ends. Some people were smart with names like Tong or Smile :)1 point

Depends on how much time you want to spend on it. You'll have to use the RS Toolkit to extract the cdlc. Then use Wwise to decode the audio, pitch it up to E standard with Audacity, re-encode it again with Wwise and put the cdlc back together with RS Toolkit (and change the guitar part to E standard tuning). If you have a lot of cdlc in different tunings that you want to play, you might want to consider buying a drop tuning pedal.1 point

@Nacholede, While talking to Omega, he actually brought up Argentina. Here in Colorado, since we legalized weed, there's been non-stop roadwork and Omega mentioned the last time he was in Argentina he saw something similar because of elections. So much energy in the room, it's not that big of a venue. Best show i've probably seen. Purson was great too, talked to a few them after the show too. didn't get home until about 3 am, but it was totally worth it. :D1 point

Oh yeah, Metallica ! Great song, and there's a little bit of everything technique wise in there. Unfortunately my bass won't tune down to B so I'll have to skip that. Also hoping to learn Enter Shikari and SOAD. Should be a great week :) P.s. no-one else mention the rugby please, heartbroken here !1 point

I didn't watch the match, but i saw the won, and i'm proud of them :D Hope we make to the finals!1 point

Cool, but don't we should inform the charter first to fix his custom? As I saw it is only a syncing problem, maybe also FP which I always ignore. But for that it's maye too late now. Should be done before adding to the SSL. Edit- even saw @ made a comment there I'm going to do a whole new version with Multitracks, so don't worry!1 point

Don't worry, i already have it in my PC :D i will work on it right now1 point

Wohoo! My guitar is at drop c ( actually it is a 7 string, and the lowest string is G..heavy), so I can play some SOAD! I recommend for everyone gettin' for example behringer us 600 pich shifter, or other type of pitch shifter. It's really handy when playing in different tuning. No need to hassle with the strings.1 point

A big congratulations to @@genobadass for last week, but I do suspect he's only still in advanced because of his injury… :)1 point

I subscribe to my favorite charters youtube channels so that if that was to ever happen I would still see when new ones come out from them at least thats one smaller option. Not begging for subs just sayin :P1 point

All great advice here...also, 8 months is not that long (you're still getting comfortable) ...I find if I focus on one song rather than jumping all over the place with a bunch of songs I can get it down, (I also slowww the riffs down on RR and accelerate but do it at the same speed at 3 times to really learn the riff -- I also have to keep doing this a lot) At first when I started it took me a long time to get basics down. Now I can play a song a few times and get the pattern (what riffs go where) , the rhythm, the notes a lot quicker. It's just practice I think, give it more time , really. I like what everyone said about trying songs OUTSIDE of rocksmith, cuz that helps build confidence. Also, next time, say yes to jamming with your friends...you will learn as you go , most people are still learning too, this can be a very effective way to build confidence and help you learn your instrument... And, I play guitar, have a small neck and small hands, I use index and pinky on powerchords sometimes, whatever works man go with it, I don't think it's a bad habit as long as it's not slowing you down. (I did have a friend say 'play guitar like you have three fingers -- no pinky' so you can try consciously making an effort when you slow down to use the index and ring finger...use those muscles!) Good luck! Oh yeah, I really like what Tomsawyer said,...it's how long you remember it. I played Losing my Religion (My first song that I learned in entirety) about 50 times. I could play along with the song outside of Rocksmith and even made a dorky video for my friends to say, hey i can play this! But do I remember it now? nope. I forgot the song, well most of it...So did I learn the song? nope. I can play a riff or two from it sure, but I didn't 'learn' it , I can't sit there with a guitar in front of a campfire and play it. Practice the song often so it stays in your head and your hands remember where to go ^_^.1 point
