  1. Happy Birthday Anderi!

  2. Happy Birthday Anderi!

  3. I listen to mostly metal and rock, and obviously my favorite guitarists play a bit heavier stuff. Give it a taste, listen especially the solos in the songs. Samuli Peltola, Medeia, the riffs are amazing Marko Utriainen, Diablo Per Nilsson, awesome sweep doodling, check his impro Marc Tremonti, Kyle McKnight, Threat Signal Flemming C Lund, Arcane Order, awesome solos https://open.spotify.com/track/1IIv4gSyhNoZTPcpXV7s6O Rabea Massaad, Dorje, check out solo of White Dove https://open.spotify.com/track/3WEl2IGaZraH5qKHLsQdxO Andrew Jacobs, Mutiny Within Josh Middleton, Sylosis
  4. You might enjoy Mokoma, Diablo and Kotiteollisuus. They are Finnish Rock-Thrash bands. And definitely check out Deftones, especially older stuff. Lähetetty minun SM-G920F laitteesta Tapatalkilla
  5. Check out Sylosis - Born Anew. I just spend 2 weeks trying to learn the solo. It's great, it is the best and so hard, so hard. It's the hardest there is. "Imitating Trump" Lähetetty minun SM-G920F laitteesta Tapatalkilla
  6. More Aborted would be nice, especially Cenobites, Termination Redux , and also something from the side projects of the vocalist: Oracles, System Divide. And Bleed the Sky is an epic band, mostly forgotten. The Interbeing is nice, but there is only one tab available. Thank you for all the work you've done!
  7. Amazing find and I really appreciate what you have done with the guitar :)
  8. Dimmu is missing from the list :/ And Catamenia also.
  9. @@ZagatoZee How do you like your Chapman? I've heard good things about them but I haven't had a chance to test any model yet.
  10. Just purchased Steinberger Spirit Pro HSS. Got it used, with a nice discount. Plays great and it is tiny! Easy to bring with me everywhere. http://static.weloveshopping.com/shop/music-boulevard/extra/7267232.jpg
  11. No voehan vitare...Tuolta olin noita silloin tällöin vilkuillu kun iski inspiraatio soitella CMX:ää. @@Fyres http://koti.mbnet.fi/tabit/ Tuolta löytyy muutama. Olet Tässä olis kyl kova. Pitäisiköhän kysellä bändin facebook-sivuilta, josko olis tosifaneilla tallessa tabeja.
  12. I played trumpet for 3-4 years. Did some concerts in a orchestra etc. Eventually I stopped because my lips started to get sore and I got more into martial arts.
  13. It is also good practice to try playing some easy chord songs. Or before that, just practice changing from one chord to another without any time limits. And learn the scales. They are also good practice. Before you notice, you'll be playing the easier songs without any problems. And then you'll start moving towards more difficult songs to have again new challenges..and there you go. When I started, I plaeyd only chord changes and scales for the first few months. Then I bought RS2014 and went through the lessons and the mini games. Then I started with easy songs like Ramones, Green Day, Nirvana, etc. with only few power chords. Now after a year I'm practicing sweep picking and tapping licks which seemed impossible when I first started. When you put effort and motivation to your playing, you will progress.
  14. Viikate is also nice. The lead parts have a lot of single note runs. For example: http://customsforge.com/page/customsforge_rs_2014_cdlc.html/_/pc-enabled-rs-2014-cdlc/ei-ole-ket%c3%a4%c3%a4n-kelle-soittaa-r17573 http://customsforge.com/page/customsforge_rs_2014_cdlc.html/_/pc-enabled-rs-2014-cdlc/tervaskanto-r7405 http://customsforge.com/page/customsforge_rs_2014_cdlc.html/_/pc-enabled-rs-2014-cdlc/viina-terva-hauta-r16531 Also the tutorials and exercises are good. For example Steve Vai's and Petrucci's. And other. But those are better viewed on youtube or dvd, since they also teach much about technique.
  15. Wohoo! My guitar is at drop c ( actually it is a 7 string, and the lowest string is G..heavy), so I can play some SOAD! I recommend for everyone gettin' for example behringer us 600 pich shifter, or other type of pitch shifter. It's really handy when playing in different tuning. No need to hassle with the strings.
