  5. You can check the first tab in the scores Google sheet. It says you're Bass beginner, if you get a 99.5%+ on bass on a difficulty 3 song you can rank up to the next class There is also Rodman rankings leaderboard where you can earn points on harder songs too even if you're in a lower class for now ========== ~starts to look better but still sloppy

  7. yeah (7.5) l and r ... just finished a long biketour around the lake nearby and had 2 beers in the sun along some bbq - i am dead tired and the notes come flying like bullets .... Unluckywise i am gonna spend the week in Rome (that´s not unlucky, but being away from the gear is...) so that´s my only time for some scores.... ..... i am gonna grab another beer, switch to bass and see what the very near future holds... Cheers Rod.

  9. CHAMPIONSHIP NIGHT!!! YEEAAHHH!!!! Finally! I am back! I was fully returning two weeks ago, but my computer broke after 10 years of intensive use, and I got a new one! I also got a new guitar I hadn't have the chance to play, so I am very excited! Great to be back with you guys! ---------------- This is a great song from 1968!!! (I had recognition issues with the Lead path, I wonder why...) Also, trying to see how postimage works!

  12. Mainly from testing Lead I'm not sure if this deserves a difficulty 3. I thought 2.5, but I gave a 3 because of the rather fast licks with pull-offs. The rest is the vocal line and is quite easy. Here the chat is similar for all paths. It doesn't seem overly difficult, but there may be problems with accuracy due to a lot of pull-offs. I played this again today after a few months and I improved a bit, but it's a difficult chart to get a high score for me. Other than that, this is a fun song! A really fun to play Slash song, glad I got to see him and the rest of the band live recently!

  14. CHAMPIONSHIP NIGHT!!! YEEAHH!!! Let's try again the bass paths I played with @ loudly --- Nice to play I polish song!!! I am not competing in this class, so whenever I can I practice saying the notes in my mind while playing... of course it brings the score down! --- This song is fun to play, but I need to practice more to achieve a clean execution! I regret playing this song with my fingers.... it hurts! I would say this is totally a song for picking... --- This is also a really fun song to play! --- I was doing MC bass but got a bit tired... see ya tomorrow if possible!

  15. First results: Room for improvement. This feels very fast and the little slides and pull offs aren't being recognized (or I can't play them well ). Tried it a couple of times after riff repeat and got worst results... This one feels harder (more variations) but I think I can improve it.

  16. Score attack gives a more precise score since it does decimals. So i'd suggest it for the song thats in your class but its not necessary. Good 2 see you!

  17. oh oh oh slash + myles, very nice pick congrats to @ RaZrShReD for his score, I did 75% on the sightreading and this after a bit of practice. It's not impossible, but it's very tight and full of details. Solo is fast. I did bad also on the grateful - rhythm, but I didn't like the song a lot. I will give other tries anyway

  18. No, there will be another young generation singer. I admit that I don't follow the national Eurovision qualifying rounds, so I don't really know who's taking part and what determines the selection. Anyway, Sanah is one of the most popular (if not the most popular) Polish singers of recent years, I know her mainly from the radio, but I know that she can attract tens of thousands of people to a concert, mainly young fans

  22. That picking thing is a E major and then that F#m comes fast.

  24. Lead scores This is quite fast, I think this is a little more than 4, maybe 4.5/5. A difficult chart to play from sight reading, I will try to improve it a bit later, the minimum plan is to achieve 90%. Here's an old screenshot from when I tested this about a year ago. I just remember this being close to GoG level.

  25. First scores for this week!! Definitely not what I was expecting from status quo! I didn't realise they were around in the 60s. A few tricky parts but I'm sure I can improve!

  28. It's possible that you have quite thin strings on your bass, on my 4-string bass I have no problems with tuning to D Std/D drop C, it's only when the tuning is really low that I start having problems.

  29. Hi!!! I "created" that version myself with the CustomForge Song Manager. You select the song and then you go to the Custom Mods tab and select the "Pitch Shifter", which creates a new version of the song in E standard or Drop-D, depending the case. The thing is that, if you do that, you have to play the song with earphones, because otherwise you will hear the dissonance. Anyway, you can find here the Drop-D versions I "created", my friend: version 1.5 https://drive.google.com/file/d/1nugYcaq85-zErXMlpNSnBQID_jGYPs-9/view?usp=sharing version 1.6 https://drive.google.com/file/d/1F-VSJyHIp8N5iHHmmfDi9hKWEXFTFBX1/view?usp=sharing

  30. This song is also fun to play! As always, the down tuning has recognition issues (even though I put 11-48 strings to my guitar...). Therefore, it seems always much better to play the drop-D version...

  31. I'm sure if you play it a couple more times it'll start getting quite easy For me, those stretches feel quite comfortable, but I play with really straight fingers and focus on giving my pinky something to do most of the time. Because of that doing fast bends is my biggest weakness but that song doesn't have that, so almost any gilmour solo is harder than this song for me And I just like to set myself milestones to have something measurable to strive towards. And I just set that as one of my milestones for guitar a while ago Thanks I'm not interested in shredding solos either But I want to get good enough to be able to write music that I like. I have a lot of different projects/goals going on so I try to spend 1-2 hours each day playing guitar and try to make the best out of it. In the end, I just want to be good enough at guitar to use it as a songwriting tool for songs and video game music I don't need to advance to MC, but I want to reach that milestone. On the other hand for the sake of competition, if one can 99%+ a 7* song each week they should advance to MC though Each time I advanced to the next level I had to grind the song for at least 10 hours a week

  32. Amazing scores! You are clearly beyond the capabilities of advanced level players, it seems to me that you easily represent the mastercass level according to championship standards. I already noticed this when you beat my score by a few percent on last week's song, which was really difficult to achieve high accuracy. Of course, you can still compete in the advanced class, but expect easy wins, which may become boring, so I recommend trying something from the masterclass

  33. New scores from the new version 1.6 he did switch up the rhythm path quite a bit. seemed like note detection is a tad bit better on this one for rhythm and lead path as i was able to get above 50x multiplier (it was a worse pecentage so i didnt post it here) once and near it alot of times. for some reason i had better luck playing the higher chords 14 14 16 and 14 12 12 on the strings bellow so 7 9 11 and 7 7 7 maybe that just means my guitar isnt intonated right lol.. unfortunatley when you do that you cant really do the slide soo i wouldnt suggest it. just an observation i had. arps in lead think work a bit better aswell but im still getting the occasional miss. not convinced about some parts of the song still... but i do think it is a step towards the right direction and glad he updated it. and kinda crazy how some songs can be hard to figure out...its been more than 10 years youd think that itd be leaked somewhere. but yea the chords in the chorus are pretty washed out its kinda hard to tell whats going on.
