Hope you are all enjoying summer! Since this site is filled with musicians thought it would be neat to have a selection of songs that have been made by them. The idea came after playing snowshovels + djpavs cdlcs from their own bands I asked around discord and messaged some creators to fill in the gaps and i appreciate all of the people who helped me out/ responded! After looking around and testing cdlcs, theres tons of producers/artists on here that have their songs made into cdlc so I couldnt add them all for this week. I'll mention the ones i found incase anyone is interested to try new things out and feel share to let me know if i missed someone to add to the list! Alex pe - @ alexpe99 Alkehol - @ popcorncz2 (actually now that im editting this not sure if its his band or just a fan) Bash Explode - @ bashexplode Dell /emmy -(says they have a song with 6 strings and might release?) Depraved - (played gigs with @ VDFANOU ) E.E.V.I.E ( @ rachel826 s band) - Ectronic- (cool synthwave) - @ Ectr0nic Firekorn (featured in previous championship weeks) - @ firekorn Fishbone - Fripponomics friends KyleAbent - @ KyleAbent l0rd kha0s - @ l0rd kha0s LMBECIL- (music in spanish)- @ LMBECIL1832 Ninos Con Bombas- Fripponomics friends (Mentioned by Rodman in comments) Prince Whatever - not sure if he does use this site but there is lots of tabs of his on this site and the advanced class features him so maybe. Sway in the Garden - @ mrfookybear The Human Extinction - No cdlc yet ? Stephenshred streamer (Mentioned by Hikikomori) RaiderG-@ RaiderG (has an accordion song that is memeable) Retrokr1ss- @ Retrokr1ss Rodman And Milo - No cdlc yet. SpArTon / Fripples / Krakatit / - @ fripponomic (featured in previous championship weeks just now remembered after making week and corrected by Rodman) Wilfox streamer - (mentioned by Hikikomori) I've added them on spotify in case someone just wants to skip around and possibly find something they enjoy. -- I'll also mention the participants here who have done covers in the past (week 590 to present 611 so 21 weeks!) cause we are all on this journey together/ good to share music. And maybe in the future theyll make cdlc of their own work : Andre Drand Johnal Mikson - week597 space oddity (cant believe its been 3 months! time flies) Robolechuga - Rodman / Rodman And Izz (I do think more people participated and i missed them out. Not intentionally, let me know and ill add them) -- also if for some reason you dont want to be on the list also let me know. If you have the standard version of the game you can also play Don't Stop by Crimson. She was a twitch streamer before and managed to get her song in the game. If you like paramore I think you'll enjoy the song. I can't confirm if upon infliction actually uses this site, but its the hardest song i could find (i was running out of time/ its getting late) The bonus lead masterclass song seems like its in Drop G so make sure to use a drop pedal if you have one. Mine broke so i couldnt test it but the song and the other one he has on the site sound good to me. Reminds me of beried alive mixed with DOOM / Loop Hero (Video Game Music) No idea how to rate kentucky fried rats since its so short and only 2 sections but i enjoyed it alot (biased cause i like kfc, rats, chromatic riffs lol) . I might change my own ratings later since i tested songs different days so i havent played them all in a row yet. As always let me know your own ratings to balance it out. Hope yall enjoy the week.10 points

Thanks for the week, what a great theme! Fun groovy song: YASH 5 string time: The breakdown is really fun to play:6 points

Gave them all another go in a row since i hadnt played them back to back Yea honestly not sure which one is harder cause the solo is quite challengin even though the rest of the song is pretty simple. hmhmhm6 points

@ cacahuate51 I achieved the best score among the participants of rhythm masterclass. I think that according to the rules this time I will take the win and level up to masterclass. Recently, not many people have been competing in the masterclass unfortunately, a few really good guitarists have disappeared from the championships so I will try, and in the advanced I will give others a chance, with the reservation that I may want to come back at some point when the masterclass turns out to be too difficult6 points

Hey Folks! It's been a while, and I haven't played much Rocksmith since I was last posting, but I'm gonna try to join in on this more regularly again. Here are some lead scores: Love me some Dean Town Hadn't heard this one in forever! Could probably get a bit better but this will do for now6 points

Did some more again, THO I gotta say about the Unto The Locust album is that there are some half bends and harmonics instead of pinch which makes u miss A LOT. Especially during the last song and the solo, it got me to like 1x score so I was close to getting a X mark , same with the first song in the album there's some wrong notes. Idk but that is an issue for me. BUT I loved playing through the album again This is the last thing I will play because now I need to relaaaaax. Take care all of u and goodluck to the rest5 points

There are charts uploaded from my "l0rd kha0s" projects for those into Death Metal with a blackened twist. The solo in the song "Freedom" is performed by Karl Sanders of Nile and is full of Karl goodness. For metal bass fans, Rich Gray (currently plays bass in Annihilator) performed on the "One Nation...." content which has some fun runs, taps etc... /m\5 points

Honestly, I had no idea that so many people involved in creating CDLC had their own bands, recorded their own songs, and then created CDLCs for them. Until now, I only knew about SpArTon band, whose songs we played in the championship. It's amazing that there are so many talented musicians here! Easy but interesting chart. This is the shortest song I played in the championship Also easy but fun to play chart. This is probably my favorite this week, great chart, the tapping surprised me but luckily it was quite easy. Great instrumental, I especially like the intro parts. This is already too difficult for me.5 points

Have a nice middle of the musweek everyone! The Downtown Fiction - I Just Wanna Run. Difficult for beginners but interesting to play. jreg & graiden - Kentucky Fried Rats Pt. II (Taxes). I replayed this one for a few times but the results are still 'incredible' The Good And The Damned - Like Crazy. The song is good but I feel damned SnowShovel - I Won't Sleep Tonight. I lost my tonight's notes about this song. But I don't think I'll ever be a superstar like this week bands. Swerk - Dreamscape. Last one on this week. I didn't managed the other songs. My hands are completely out of control. I just returned from vacation and I need another vacation from this vacation. So I think I will lazy last part of the week and will not participate until next week.4 points

OH Big One!!! What a cool tune - clear songwriting, stuffed with all the guitar player wants and more, even a bit overdone, twohanded tapping and all - i love it. and sweet growly vocals - yes Sir! @ SnowShovel - this is how to roll! I bow my head ... and start to bang!4 points

@ jasmith85 I didnt answer cause really i usually dont pay attention to my guitar settings :v but I do know, i personally set it up in rocksmith whenever i switch instruments (mostly when i switch gtr to bass) cause every guitar/bass has different gain levels and it usually doesnt work properly for me if i dont / it doesnt take that long so i dont mind. Also for some reason i notice that if it starts missing alot of hit notes usually a restart helps but that might be a placebo. I think i usually "callibrate it" at whatever gain level i have the guitar bass at that moment (i know its not supposed to be like that) but usually i leave space to go up and down probably like 7. That way if the guitar tone is too low i can usually just bump up the volume and it seems to detect the same/ i can hear myself ( i know i can change game settings volumes but this way is faster for me and doesnt seem to cause issues?). And usually on focusrite its also right before clipping /turning red, i dial it back a tad4 points

Well - i don´t think reducing the gain can in any way improve the detection in RS. It´s a bit away the other way around.... as active pickups have a higher output and there are also differences from HB to SC and P90s, and also from brand to brand i had the problem that when CALIBRATING THE VOLUME IN RS (you get the option at the tuning screen) with an active pickup, then when i used one of my guitars with passives i got the message that my guitars volume was very low .... so i calibrated with that one then - and ever since use that calibration with all guitars and vol and tone always at max. IF you are used to reduce the gain then go to the lowest you are used to and do a CALIBRATION WITH THAT SETTING. For myself volume and toneknobs are useless except for muting - the next guitar i am gonna build is gonna be completely pot-less, only a pickup-switch with the middle position is gonna be both pickus OFF. Pure unreduced outputs from the pickups and less less electronics (doesn´t matter cause that is like 2% of the building process and also fun, but hey) - i really wonder that guitar brands always use volume and toneknobs - any pot (and the ones used in guitars are quite the same used 70years ago) takes a way some output.... If i could just send someone to work instead of myself .... i´d start right monday morning and start to create a lovely 7-stringer .... that BM boybands have their A Std and alike tunings and i am not a fan of pitch shifting as i am not a fan of playing with headphones... sorry for the excourse .... i should really get back to Lordi now Rod.4 points

My guitar Is always on full but I will switch pickups for sound difference As for game sound config, I have It also full +10db I use an audio Interface so input on there is as high as I can get without clipping so 4 for guitar 6.5 for bass As for mods I have the turn up to 11 on so a +6db boost to the game sound and I think an extra 6db tone boost also. EVERYTHING LOUD RIGHT4 points

almost missed being able to play Vulfpeck in a RSC week Dean Town was one of the songs I was working towards before I took a break from guitar, Some day I'm gonna polish it to 100% though Vulfpeck(and everything connected to it) is always a great time for me4 points

Early submissions from me this week, got a call from a friend a few days ago saying he had a spare ticket to Black Sabbaths Back to the Beginning show on Saturday if I was up for it, you don't say no to something like that! Flying over to Birmingham tomorrow so less time to play this week but I think that's a valid enough excuse... Really interesting mix this week; I was actually most excited about The Bangles, definitely one of my (many) guilty pleasures! You all probably know the main ones but sure I'll leave some suggestions here anyway: 1. Walk Like An Egyptian 2. Manic Monday 3. Eternal Flame 4. Hazy Shade of Winter 5. Going Down to Liverpool Don't judge me for that "X", the first section surprised the hell out of me after waiting around for a while! Yeah, that last 1/5th was mental, Gary Moore is such an underrated guitarist, both his solo and his Thin Lizzy stuff are great. I'll add a mix of them below. 1. Over the Hills and Far Away - Solo 2. Cold Sweat - Thin Lizzy 3. Roisin Dubh - Thin Lizzy (pronounced Roe-sheen Doo in case any of you are wondering!) 4. Out In the Fields - Solo 5. Parisienne Walkways - Solo4 points
