  4. Gorgeous song, especially the outro: Pretty funny that the first DEP track to make a Championship appearance is so (relatively) easy: Super underappreciated (by the public) band that was very influential. Love me some Doug Pinnock: This is really a cool unique song and bassline. I honestly don't remember hearing this when Bush was big in the mid-90s but it's more interesting than "Everything Zen" and the like: No strong opinion on this one. Reasonably challenging but not HARD per se, a lot of the difficulty comes from the length:

  5. no masterclass rhythm?? ohh I like this one, never heard it before but very peaceful to listen and play. That years seems always so relaxed I confirm the 6 for me

  7. If you've got the game installed twice it'll only use the dlc folder that's in the same folder as the exe you launch the game from causing songs to be "missing" depending on which one you run. So if you're launching the game from steam you should find out which one it's launching by browsing the local files and then delete the other rocksmith installation to prevent confusion. You should also probably merge the dlc folders before deleting so you don't lose any songs.

  8. Thank you for the explanations. To make it simple I reinstalled the game via steam I put the custom dlcs in the steamapps/common/dlc folder but they did not appear, it was other dlcs that appeared. After different tests I found an identical folder steamapps/common/dlc on a hard disk on my computer. The game launches the dlc which are there and not that of the programesfiles86. So I don't really know how to make everything go back to normal but in any case it works...

  9. Hey@ LacrimaLuna ! I'm just a particapant in the competition and its always good to see new people joining! the more the merrier I havent seen you post in the more recent competitions so im not sure if your question has been answered or not. Yes! you can submit your suggestions over here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1HzgY90kLwyGqzJ-R64v8lmpeQMMhhxwGwUlenepIgms/edit#gid=6 just scroll down to the next empty cells and fill out the information. The team is always looking for good easy begginner choices. I think begginer songs are usually a combination of some of these elements ; repetetitve, few different sections, mostly single notes, few to none string changes, not that many chords, probably more power chords focused rather than c, a, g, e, d/ variation chords, rarely a solo but if there is one its usually repeatable good examples imo from older competitions would be uncool as me-bloodhound gang whats up 4 blondes (i think theres like 4 chords), bad reputation joan jett flyaway lenny kravits etc there is definatley a spreadsheat with all of the begginer songs but im unsure of where it is... i personally added begginner lead songs from previous competitions here in this spotify list maybe itll interest you I started out in begginer aswell cause the week i joined begginer seemed pretty hard to me and slowly ive gone up. Its been fun imo! Its a neat way to challenge yourself to play different songs and actually try to play them decently. Just go at your pace, Practice with the riff repeater if areas are troubling you...and most importantly have fun! Hope this answered your questions, and look forward to seeing you in future competitions edit: My bad I thought it said august 2022 not 2021 XD

  11. Ty, although im not sure if its fair! cause the majority of the reccomends ive put on the list i can 100%/99 pretty consistantly (just to make sure i suggest something that is not too awfull to play lol) and thats also why i try to put them lower than the league i participate in. But I understand why it was put higher, unusual chords / chord detection can sometimes be hit or miss. Again thanks a lot for choosing one of my suggestions!

  14. Lead+ Rhythm I guess I rated this a bit too high before. 4, maybe 3.5. @ cacahuate51 100%!? So GG this week I used to really dislike playing this song in RS. I had problems with feeling the notes. Now I played it for the first time in a very long time and I don't think it is that difficult, but it's hard to get a good score in RS.

  16. I managed to get the game working again. My problem was game "hanging on screen" when custom song loads. Beta method not worked for me. Here's what I did. Uninstall game (save custom songs to other folder and delete whole Rocksmith-folder) Install game on steam Copy custom songs back Install rs_asio ((https://github.com/mdias/rs_asio/releases/tag/v0.6.1) if needed, I've got Focusrite 2i2 3rd gen) and setup rs_asio.ini for your interface. Install CDLC-enabler (https://ignition4.customsforge.com/tools/CDLCEnabler). This will also install new D3DX9_42.dll on rocksmith-folder. Setup rs-asio.ini if you installed rs-asio. Start game and it should work.
