@@chickentacos we sort songs by lead difficulty to choose them by RNG, then we have to sort the difficult levels of the chosen songs for rhm and bass. This week's selections for bass are very similar difficulties, and I agree this A&A part is hard, but I thought compared with the rest of the song it's very short and levels it's difficulty up from 1-2 to 3. OK, let's level up to 4, we have another intermediate and I give you all another new bass beginner song to play. Let's take Anarchy for the UK, we played it at a previous week and doesn't need to be tested again, anyway it's real beginner level. The problem was we had no proper Int for lead before and everything I've tested was just crap, so I took one I could be sure it's a very well made high quality cdlc in all arrangements. I'll fill in the link later from PC.

I have the same as misses s The whole song sounds fine to my old worn ears but the part highlighted by Misses s sounds just a bit out. I'm not really that bothered as it's just a small part and I can't play above 97% just yet. But I did get 100% on the pistols though :-)

A bit of a downtune is no problem. Is that what it is though? I only notice it on the 5th fret (I think, as I said earlier) of the A string about four Rocksmith DD coloured bars from the end of the song. EDIT: Do I mean 4th fret? try some slayer or iron maiden they are fun to play until you get to the solos and then I just try to hit at least some notes. Also bring me the horizon is quite fun as long as its not from "that's the spirit" also completely forgot about slipknot

@@missis sumner & @, didn't you noticed the fixed version I suggested, you'll find the link in the comments. I fixed it (needed about 2h) to get a clean and right version. I noticed that as well (and more) while testing and repaired the cdlc. This should be okay.

Oh, I forgot to say, I think the Go-gos bass is not quite right towards the end. It's the bit where you have to play the fifth fret on the A string. I keep thinking it's out of tune and want to shift my fretting hand... Anyone else hear it?

Dude oh man.. I'm just here to shed some insight on song choices.. You seem to like alot of the same type of rock I do.. But Check out Parkway Drive. They are a bunch of Australian surfer dudes that are badass metal players! They're SICK! They also have a full documentary out of them touring all over the world on youtube.. It's a badass watch. Look into Tremonti - doesn't matter , As I lay Dying- Defender, start with those songs and pick and choose the others you see on Ignition.. Some other bands are Woven War which was all the previous members of As I lay Dying, minus the head singer... Another good one is Wage War, Polyphia, Intervals. Let me know if you need anymore help. Those bands alone will give you an ear gasm if you give htem a try

I'm not sure how difficulty ratings are determined, but for me the Fishbone song is definitely not a 1 or 2. I wouldn't call it beginner level at all, nor did I think Jump in the Fire was beginner level for bass. Maybe that's because I am just not good enough as a bass player yet, maybe that is due to my disability, I don't know. But speaking as someone who still considers themselves very much a beginner level bass player, these songs are pretty tough, and more like intermediate level to me. I'm not trying to complain or criticize, just putting my two cents in.

Hi, Guys I got a new Custom - 1st of the New Wave 6-pack. Missing Persons - Words - 1982 - I used LaceyB's Bass Tone. LaceyB had Charted the Bass Path for this one in the past. I used my Bass Path Chart because the ending of my Bass Path followed the 6-string Guitar Paths more closely just at the very end of the song. But LaceyB's sync is tighter than mine for sure.
