  1. Hi there, I've been lurking around on and off for a little while, this is my first attempt at a challenge though. LEAD: (I'm totally new to power chords and using a pick) I've hit a wall, can't get better than this for now.... http://i.imgur.com/tAjVWeH.jpg?2 BASS: (Literally just received my first bass guitar about an hour and a half ago) This was my third run through on hard, so I'm going to try to improve on this score. http://i.imgur.com/2JtLttU.jpg?1

  2. Well. This post is last in this week. I guess. I'm going on vacation with my wife for 2 weeks. No PC, no guitar. My fingers will become soft as a child's ass. My results will fly out of table =) But anyway. Have a nice week. And another one =) Make cool sound. Get new high results. And someday I'll be back and check this out! you and will miss you !

  6. My mum says "if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all", but I think the songs are shite this week… :p https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B49Qq-EFnmrKTkRtMTlQcU5GTWc/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B49Qq-EFnmrKWGVkR0Z0RGRSTVU/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B49Qq-EFnmrKRG94b2x1bEl2OG8/view?usp=sharing I did try to play the Sheela me-do-dah song properly, hence the shite score. It sounded like random, but kind of in-time, noise. In other news, I did finally get my 99% on Hotel California. :)

  7. Project to gather, organize and standardize, and improve exercise customs Rules recommended 1. Arrangement is in "Lead", and bonus/alternate arrangements 2. Tuning is E-Standard (except for special situations, like 5string Bass) 3. Record page (submitted cDLC) : Artist name "You", Album name "Exercises" (beware of typos) Ignition search "Exercises" order on Artist - should give a most complete list. 4. Exercises should list together in RS14, sorted by Artist "You" display under "Y", not overloaded letter. "You Bass" for Bass only Exercises "You Artist" for Exercises by Artists "You Riff" for practical Exercises 5. Filenames (no space), "YouBass, YouArtist,YouRiff" ....psarc followed main topic exercised, sub-topics (style, root notes), origin, charter. 10. I doubt I'll be able to play tonight - I've got a sharp stabbing pain in my left index fingertip. It started suddenly yesterday, and it's still quite noticeable (I can't even type with it). I'm pretty sure this has happened before as well, and I think I just had to rest it. :( Even though I don't really like the songs, I'm not using it as an excuse, honest.

  16. Hi, Guys Well, what a week, feels like I traveled around the world. I spent 5 days in San Diego and then 3 days getting the youngest daughter too and set up at college. Everything went pretty smooth, no major disasters. I was on the go so much I didn't have time to post any pics. will try to get some up here soon. Looking forward to the 3-day weekend coming up (Labor Day weekend) here in the U.S., but I am pretty sure I will most likely be on the go visiting family. No rest for the weary for sure. So glad to be back and plan on picking up the Guitar again, and try to get those 3 ZZ Top customs completed and posted some day. Hope everybody out there are OK and doing fine. Later, Terry
