The only one i saw missing was helloween from yours? or which other one?

Helloween did not get registered as i mentioned before because you didnt take a picture at the end of the song with the streak, the streak can determine the winner when its a tie.  If it doesnt show a streak the algorithm won't pick it up

I think its also done that way cause you can also make the game give you a higher percentage without beating the song

since you might've not known though i still added your score for this time. Just make sure to do it right the next time so its fair with everyone participating.
97% 1 streak (cause no idea what your streak was)

Sorry must have completly missed where you mentioned that.  I’ll be sure to take more accurate photos and get all the info on it.
Thanks dude.

I beat 97% finally. But with low streak value.

Best streak a little lower of 97% unfortunately.

But that's ok. I'm almost happy with the results. Some chords were not detected clearly even if it must be. Well the game know best.

I need to work on my bar chords, I'm not too sure, but I think I either miss the timing on the bar chords or I dont press them correctly. 100% speed is a lil bit harsh a the moment.
The rhythm was easier tho.

Yeah, its a cool song to practice in a week, (while I do believe as a newbie its quite a short amount of time to properly learn the technique/changes in a song). I'm worried a bit about a couple thing tho :
1. Bad habits with fast n sloppy strumming,
(When I strums quickly, I'm never sure if I have the correct BPM) +  they dont detect hammering and palm mutting very well).
2. As said 100% speed is harsh if I want to include hammering.

Refrain of the moment :

Quote

Cry, little sister! (Thou shalt not fall)
Come, come to your brother! (Thou shalt not die)
Unchain me, sister! (Thou shalt not fear)
Love is with your brother! (Thou shalt not kill)

Refrain of the moment :

Sure a couple things you could consider

1: record yourself and see where you are goofing up. This is where i actually enjoyed rocksmith 2012 more than 2014 cause not only did it have goals you had to reach to then later perform in concerts but at the end of each practiced song it would do a replay of how you played it and there you could notice where you goofed up/ noticed the parts you could practice. This will also help you in the cases where the notes have certain articulations like you mentioned muting that the game doesn't necessarily pick up just counts as a note hit.

(that being said some of the paths where kind of empty even at full dynamic difficulty so i kind of prefer the official rs2014 songs)

2: Write down the structure or parts of songs. Might take a while but with this you'll be more used to certain structures of songs and notice some patterns repeat through out songs. Also supposedly if you write it down it sticks in your head more..not sure if true or a placebo but it did work for me.

3: there's nothing wrong with slowing down a riff and practicing it. In fact i strongly recommend you to do so when starting out and think its the better way to learn the song instead of fully playing it lots of times. Repetition doesn't make it perfect, repetition only makes it constant. So make sure that you are practicing at a speed where you can hit all the notes right rather than practicing fast/ sloppy.

Also make sure the result you post later is of the full song. If you are close to a percentage of a competitor its better to do it with Score Attack as the score on score attack will be to the nearest decimal meanwhile standard mode is nearest number.

4 Bpm can vary a lot in songs before 2000s and even nowadays depending on the genre and if they play with a click track or not. So I do recommend metronome practice but practicing with a drummer that might change speeds/ and know how to count where the snare tends to hit is also important.

5: use other tools such as YouTube videos to teach you the basics such as scales chords techniques etc and then hopefully all of that will help you perform better on the weekly song.

6: it can be a slow skill, so be patient with it and try to be consistent with it even if its for a short period of time.

Great songs this week, if you guys may do another spooky week i would recommend A Little Piece of Heaven by Avenged, would fit nicely!

yeah i love the song aswell! i was tempted to do it that week and this one aswell since its the perfect halloween song but theres lots of errors on both of the tabs that are on customsforge. Also not sure which one i prefer... i think sundown version is more fun but they just both sound pretty bad imo its a song that needs an updated cdlc
