Interesting, I suppose you would have to use external speakers or head phones to do that. But then you have the issue of the rocksmith cable taking up the sound jack, so you would have to use one of those splitters, if it works at all.

Cheers for linking that video, hadn't seen that advert. If I was on the marketing team, I'd really push the note highway, and how quickly you can learn a song, not guitar as a whole.

I think marketing it as a video game was a mistake. This is the BEST thing to ever happen to learning guitar and/or bass. With a TAB I couldn't just play whilst looking at it for the first time, but with RS, I can learn riffs in seconds, solos in minutes; it is truly revolutionary.

Think of the "----------------------0-1-3-5-7-8-10-12-......" Box as a TAB, it's the closest we can get to TAB in text for now.

RS isn't very graphically intense, I think most laptops can run it. Just try turning all the graphics settings down :)
