Just wondering if we could have one somewhere..? Perhaps on the front page? I'd imagine that it should be simple enough for those clever chaps doing the dev work to read the total number of records in the database and display it somewhere, shouldn't it..? :mrgreen:

And make sure you only tighten/loosen the truss rod a small bit at a time and tune the guitar afterwards. After you've done that then leave it overnight and retune if necessary in the morning. The neck needs to 'settle' after any adjustments to the truss rod and you need the guitar tuned to pitch afterwards. When I say tighten/loosen a small bit at a time I personally never use more than an eighth of a turn but you should be okay doing a quarter at a time.

A floating bridge guitar is much harder to setup. Takes a lot longer and a hell of a lot more tuning. Once you've got it correctly setup though it's great to play a guitar that doesn't go out of tune, even if you go mental on the whammy bar lol I've got a Tremol-No so it's easy to change strings once you put it in Hardtail Mode and do them one at a time, saves you having to repeat the almost endless tuning and re-tuning that you have to do during that very first setup!

Definitely worth setting up. I'd suggest having a go yourself as long as you don't have a floating bridge to complicate things. Have you changed your strings to a different gauge or brand..? Could be the cause of the problems.

Just thought I'd give this a *bump*. The members of the offical Rocksmith forums have started to have a weekly Session Mode jam. A different band, key and scale is going to be chosen each week. This week its the Modern Blues band, Blues scale and key of E Major. There's my contribution, a definite improvement on what I did a month ago! :mrgreen: If anyone else wants to give it a go then post your videos or Soundcloud recordings either here or in the thread on the official Rocksmith forums. Week 1 is right here, and Week 2 is starting on Monday.

?? Many artists got their own DLC, Pearl Jam didn't. Yes they did, albeit with the first Rocksmith game.

Might have to give that a go next time I change my strings on my strat. I've always used the method where you loop the string so it tightens whilst you turn the machine head.

Anything from Ten and Vs would be awesome. Best 2 albums they've done imo. Might have to buy the official Pearl Jam DLC when I have the spare cash.

I'm still kicking myself that I didn't start the business I was thinking of in the early 90s. At the time there were only 2 internet cafes in the whole of London, both in Central London. I wanted to set one up in North London (to begin with) but couldn't get the money together for it. I'm convinced I could have made a small fortune from it, setting them up all over the place once the North London one started making a shitload of money. Things really ballooned a few years later, they were all over the place. I'm pretty sure I could have started franchising it and then sold the business for over a million before the world and his wife started getting broadband. :mad:

Sounds like you're really going to benefit from Session Mode. You also may find it useful to do the techniques lessons for techniques that you haven't learnt yet and practice those techniques, and the techniques you've mastered, using Session Mode. Keep on playing and learning songs but once you get into Session Mode you'll find it difficult to stop.

I'm going to be all over Oculus Rift or Morpheus when they're out. VR gaming is going to be a huge milestone in gaming history I reckon. Might have to upgrade my PC in preparation I reckon. It was the dog's bollocks in 2008 but not so great these days, it's certainly showing its age. Am thinking about getting a PS4 in January next year. Going to be interesting to see when both these VR solutions are going to be available.

I would love to see some Pearl Jam cDLC! :mrgreen:

I've got a Meridian AK15G, which was dirt cheap. About 40 quid as far as I remember. Doesn't sound great but I have a Digitech RP255 multi-effects pedal which has a shitload of different emulated amps and cabs on it so it can actually sound pretty decent. I've also got a Marshall 100W bass head (not sure which model, probably says on the back somewhere) and a Peavey 2x15 bass cab. Not sure if the cab still works cos my puddy tat, Georgie Porgie, likes to crawl inside through a whole in the mesh and she has a tendency to chew through wires which is a right pain in the bum lol

I prefer my coffee black and no sweeteners, although every now and then I'll have a white one. I prefer tea though, white with 2 sweeteners, although as I said I generally drink Diet Cherry Coke instead because there's more caffeine, I don't have to wait for it to cool down before I can drink it and I'm addicted to the stuff lol :mrgreen:

Cheers, my control hasn't been great these last 10 years or so because I've been having serious problems with depression so haven't been looking after myself too well. The weird thing is that my depression negatively affects me playing the Blues lol :shock: :mrgreen:
