  1. This was an issue with using an older version of cfsm with the latest version of rocksmith which should've been fixed a while ago. I'm on the latest version of both and it seems to work fine. Are you on the beta version of rocksmith? Since the newest version of cfsm might be expecting a different file and would still mark it as corrupt.
  2. You need to be on a "part_real" track instead of a guitar hero track to be able to import guitar pro files
  3. I've done a couple from the game, might do the main menu theme but if you've got any other recommendations I'll try to check them out. Also just finished the song from the intro. https://ignition4.customsforge.com/cdlc/75133
  4. The delete option should appear at the bottom of the page once you select something.
  5. You only have a limited amount of total space for direct uploads to the forum. If you run out you'll have to delete old attachments to free up space. https://customsforge.com/index.php?/attachments/ The total size allowed isn't too large so most people here use external image hosts like imgur or directly link to steam screenshots instead.
  6. I quite like this kind of modern metal, very nice.
  7. It automatically moves problematic files to either Documents\CFSM\Duplicates Documents\CFSM\Quarantine instead of deleting them, so you should be able to recover them if you need to.
  8. gp8 lacks the auto sync and peak snapping features of gpa which makes it a bit trickier to use but it's no harder than using eof on it's own to sync manually. The only real difference is that to use the synced gp8 file you need to bake the bpm changes into the tab, export it as a midi and then import it into eof, then you can import the tab on top of the midi imported beatmap. If you've already got gpa you might as well keep using it or if you want to cut it out of your workflow maybe try syncing directly in eof instead which'll skip all the extra importing gp8 adds for basically the same syncing process.
  9. Gojira for fun Not a huge fan of a7x. chonked the intro pretty badly again.
  10. Use the ignition search instead, forum links died when we upgraded to I4 and most posts haven't been updated. https://customsforge.com/index.php?/topic/66828-broken-discography-links/#comment-367220
  11. The toolkit can have issues opening/modifying files made with dlc builder, it's best to use that for modifying customs now as it causes less issues. https://customsforge.com/index.php?/topic/67493-fixing-cdlc-mess-the-chart/ https://customsforge.com/index.php?/topic/67577-the-cdlc-im-working-on-is-messed-up-on-rocksmith https://github.com/iminashi/Rocksmith2014.NET/tree/main/samples/DLCBuilder
  12. I don't have the permissions to fix/check this myself but I brought it up with the others earlier. Might just need to wait a bit.
  13. There's been a workaround to fix the folder selection on windows 11, turns out one drive broke the folder selection but you can fix it by disabling cloud sync for your desktop. https://github.com/Lovrom8/RSMods/issues/147#issuecomment-1384299963
  14. I found these two vids fairly helpful when starting out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UfdG9gsAGlI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=600EIdfoHgM
  15. It might be caused by using the toolkit and dlc builder together. You don't need to use the toolkit to make DD, dlc builder does that on it's own and using them together can cause issues. https://customsforge.com/index.php?/topic/67493-fixing-cdlc-mess-the-chart
  16. It requires wwise 2019 or 2021, other versions wont work. https://github.com/iminashi/Rocksmith2014.NET/tree/main/samples/DLCBuilder#wwise-20192021 You can have multiple wwise versions installed if you still want to use the toolkit or cfsm.
  17. Maybe try moving the eof project folder/dlc builder install elsewhere? Although being on the desktop shouldn't cause any issues. If there's an existing preview from the toolkit still there you might also have to delete those ones too before generating a new one.
  18. If the whole thing was like the start my hand would fall off lol. First time hearing this, it's ok I guess.
  19. If they're activated/installed on steam and are showing up in the dlc folder but not in-game, try closing steam and re-running it and rocksmith as admin, Someone on reddit had a similar issue a while ago with windows 11 and this seemed to fix it for some reason.
  20. You can turn off venue mode in the options to disable the crowd and the lights and there's an option to invert the strings to be more like tabs, but other than that it just takes some getting used to.
  21. Unlike bass there's one for guitar built into rstoolkit, you just need to build it yourself using the inlay creator screen.
  22. The toolkit looks for the filename "guitar_preview.wav" assuming you're using the "guitar.ogg" file from EOF. You can create a preview using something like audacity and add the fade in's using that. dlc builder (requires wwise 2021) lets you enter a timestamp to create a preview from wherever you want in the song and will automatically add the fade in/out's which is quite a bit easier.
  23. Get wwise 2021 and use dlc builder instead of the toolkit. Any guide telling you to use the toolkit is likely to be outdated (aka any youtube tutorial) and it's a fairly subpar tool for cdlc creation. The error seems to be from either a corrupt installation or from missing dependencies, so it looks like you'll have to reinstall it either way. https://customsforge.com/index.php?/topic/1651-problems-with-wwise-halp/&do=findComment&comment=7062 The required dependencies are also listed here. https://www.audiokinetic.com/en/library/wwise_launcher/?source=InstallGuide&id=installing_or_upgrading_wwise_and_its_packages
  24. It's already been done, along with nearly every other song from the show. https://ignition4.customsforge.com/artist/13212
  25. Always gotta give vulfpeck a go on bass. This is pretty good. This is also quite fun and the lead bits aren't too tricky.
