It depends on how it's played in the song. If it slides all the way down use fret 1, if it's quite short use fret 3. Ya kinda just gotta play it and find out what sounds/looks right
-
Ya just need to fix the slide manually since it doesn't import right for some reason, sometimes chord slides are a bit jank Select the note, then remove status toggle slide down, set end fret (must be lower then lowest chord fret) convert to unpitched

Because the tab doesn't contain the beatmap. Remove DD, import the xml and use the audio file from the .psarc If you're doing it right and still getting an error update eof from here There's probably a guide somewhere on the forum

Try posting that over here "Please!!"

Rocksmith 2014 Championship Week 367
coldrampage replied to Mikson's topic in Rocksmith Championship
This is fun to play, shame the game doesn't agree. Hope to get over 90 by the end, probably need some chord practice. Ayy this is pretty nice, singer's real good too -
It can't export to gp7s native GP file format but you can open GP5/GPX tabs in guitar pro 7 so it shouldn't mater. None of the gp7 exclusive features would ever be used since everything has to be converted to gp5 for eof anyway. If you need to you can convert the output to GP in guitar pro 7 afterwards but I can't see any benefit to doing so.

looking for song japanese indie/anime/lofi cdlc suggestions

They're giving me some OrangeCoffee/Flap+frog vibes, well that bottom one is (tho OC borders more on jazz). Reminds me of some of the SeaBed ost too. Only problem is I've only done the bass for most of them and haven't gotten round to any flap+frog at all yet (been planning in doing rain boots for a while). Here's a few with guitar that you may like OrangeCoffee - Two Cubes Paleontology - BGM17 Paleontology - BGM54 Don't think I know too many songs like the top example but maybe something like this? Xi-on - Ice Fairy -

Looks like you missed it Here's another version too

You can have Lead, Rhythm, Bonus Lead, Alt, Lead, Bonus Rhythm, Alt rhythm, or any combination you want. You can also have multiple bonus lead tracks and it'll say bonus lead 1, bonus lead 2 ect ingame "I already used the 3 tracks in EOF for Rythm, Lead and Combo, but I want to add 2 additional tracks for Alternate Rythm and Combo 2." You can use the bass 2 tracks in eof for guitar and it'll add more strings when you import the tabs in and then add them in the toolkit and it'll work as a guitar track.

Rocksmith 2014 Championship Week 366

Hmm lets see how images work on here. Oh nice you can just paste the link and it embeds for you. Also I like the addition of the gif button and the ability to finally resize images. Won't be using the attachment system since you can only upload like 5 jpegs before you run out of space. Roit, song time Need to practice those 7-10 slidey bits and fills Those stretches. Good practice but oof, need practice -
Alternate Endings Not Importing Properly
coldrampage replied to nonstopsuperguy's topic in Editor on Fire
The gp5 exporter isn't too good with repeats/alternate endings, it's an issue with the guitar pro software. I've only used gp5/6 so not sure if its fixed in 7 but I doubt it is. It even occurs with tux guitar when converting tg or gpx files. I reckon it's not getting fixed any time soon and you'll just have to fix it manually (which is normally just adding/removing an extra repeat so it's not too bad but quite annoying) Could you explain that process in detail? There's no real set way to do it, it just depends how it got screwed up. Check the number at the end of the bar and check it matches up with the song if it's too many/little repeats make sure the yellow square is in the right bar and remove and re-add the repeat close and change the value to match the song. Another way to do it is to just remove the repeats to fix the song So this would become this It's all a bit fiddly but it's not too bad once you figure out how the repeats work and how it got screwed. oh also if it gets stuck, add a repeat open to the alt ending. -

Rocksmith 2014 Championship Week 365
coldrampage replied to Rodman's topic in Rocksmith Championship
It's like a trance song but half bpm and "technology bad" lyrics. I want to like it but its too slow and not much is going on, maybe the rest of the album is better? Ooh this ain't good, sync is pretty jank. Feel sorry for anyone doing score attack on this. This is pretty heavy and awesome, shame the bass is off. You can really hear the bass well which makes it easy to spot all the missing notes and places where it is playing where it shouldn't. It also goes a bit off sync near the end. wow this is fast, can't get those scale runs very well at all. can't believe I retuned all my strings when it only needed the low C, oh well. -

Rocksmith 2014 Championship Week 364
coldrampage replied to Mikson's topic in Rocksmith Championship
scroll speed seems a bit slow, maybe it helps on guitar? nah not a fan of this, probably better on lead tbh. Them chords/slides oof No tones, oof. That default bass tone is not good. Mercifully the sync is pretty decent. Still tho this song is a right banger, might have to check out some more of these guys. for fun clean bit's a pain lead bits on rhythm yay. Bit meh for iron maiden, no wonder I've never heard it before. -

Eh. Hardly anything to play and its mostly lead stuff anyway. Bet bass is better. this is pretty good Haven't heard this in a while, those clean chords gonna be a pain. Bass is bit boring. Might be missing the odd note, or maybe I'm hearing things. cba to retune for alestorm not bad High score off again yay. Easier to see it go off sync on bass, though it felt bit off on guitar. -
@BondZero07 dr neon guitar strings, don't know if they're any good though haven't used them myself.

Verticle Red Line preventing song from proceeding past bar 2
coldrampage replied to LevyLandTV's topic in Editor on Fire
@@LevyLandTV Red line means end of audio track, use a longer/different audio file. Try manually replacing the guitar.ogg in the project folder to an audio file you know works. -
Youtube music has the GUP soundtrack. I am a happy boi. Even has the Symphonie album, oh yea.
