Wow, that's quite an improvement from the beginning of the week (and you didn't even show us anything until you had 6 playthroughs on the song)! Great job!

Not much at all :) I always bitch about being in MC... If I already knew how to do the hammer on pull off technique I'd say this tune was a 6 in difficulty... it's committed to memory easily enough :) It's an 8 from a point of view of having to learn a technique I haven't challenged myself with that much :) no more posts from me unless @@Rodman kicks my ass with his "I'm not a bass player!" bass playing ;)

Just tried out the new version.  Sync issues I was having seem to be resolved, thanks :).  The tone is a lot better as well, but I still got quite a bit of distortion just lightly resting my fingers on the strings.  So I tried dropping the amp's gain setting down to 40 (from 100) and the tone balance from "auto" to +1 to boost the overall volume.  I'm not sure how it sounds to other people's ears/on different steups, but it's a significant improvement for me.

 

It also looks like the sync adjustments you made threw the sections off a little bit (maybe phrases too, I'm not sure).  It seemed like the section changes came maybe a bar or so early compared to the previous version.

Saying honestly it was a too boring week for me, struggling with boring song... I really don't like how war pigs are charted (I've wrote about it here before), that chords that made with single notes always punishing me like "OK, guy I can clearly hear that you have slided two notes in a chord, but third note seems losted on path and that's a miss, sorry". Also that absolutely wrong hopos between chords, I'm now making more hopos that himself Tony Iommi do on record, but not enough to make rocksmith be happy. So that looks it is only the second score submition for me on this week (only second from me??? 0_o). Hope I will get somepoints.

Open note only needs picking once because pull offs on the 12th, 15th, 14th, 15th, 17th, 19th play the open note once already, so only need to pick it once @@TrbInTrbIn :) that's how Chris plays it... Though far better than I of course .

 

@@Shiroo I think it might have been the most current one. I'll check tomorrow as my computer is shut down for the night now :) cheers

Antipop bass rating for 1.2

Tab is a 9, I just feel a little off on that fill in the intro but I think it's me, I think all of the pops and slaps are in place but I don't have the time to check. Thanks for the tremolo slide.

 

Sync N/A leaving that to the pros

 

Tone is an 8, I like this one much better man, thanks for this...Will definitely be jamming to this one quite a bit.

 

But...

I fckin forgot to take a score...(~97%) I haven't much time this week either, so you all win...yaaaay gg

@@albatross213 eh, it was fun while I had it, but now it's time to pass the torch and step back while new wee little Mc babies crop up...and remember, I did all of this in about 10 weeks

 

Week 101 I'm retiring as a freebird and focusing on school. I guess @@Mortalo has something awesome planned for week 100 so I'll try and keep my golden babies until then.
