So as my picking fingers for bass with corn, after yester practice, today tried to play with plector, and found that it little easy and sounds more cool. There update score:

It didn't really bother me but thanks for the tip! :) Used to love Guitar Hero back in the day so having some Arcade-like sound effects is kinda cool for now XD If I ever get sick of them i'll turn it down in the mixer :) Thanks buddy!

Gah been too busy with school, last minute scores again this week. I know I got downleveled on a Lead section after I played it, but could I get by with a percent or two penalty if it's a big deal? I just sight-read it at my buddy's and he just went to bed and I'm off too.

again with my good old Vantage, it seems with that guitar I have a better note recognition, using 11-54 strings and humbucker instead my F-Strat with 10-46 gauge and single coils.

Been a busy week still here, made more so by finding out we have to move house within 2 months as the landlady is selling it. So might be a lot quieter than I usually am. Will try to make a post of scores now and then but in the mean time, I'm a packin'!

Me too @@Rodman, I've moved 12 times in 10 years... Mostly through work but the last few have been because of the landlady selling up. Viewing a house tomorrow so hoping it's not a dump :)

I've been ill, so haven't really played all week, at least not the competition songs anyway.  I've also been working away from home with only my U-bass to practice on, so my fingers are now sore from playing real strings again… D'oh!

 

I feel a little session on U-bass coming up this afternoon, just to get into the swing of things again, but I'm afraid I won't be playing Aerosmith on it!

I really wanted to get over 90% on the Int song but it's not going to happen this week. Seem to be getting worse and can't listen it anymore. ;) I loved The Stones song but always seem to get down ranked in one part each try. Will keep playing on that one. Seemed actually slightly harder than the Beatles song to me but they were close.

We decided that you have to score 99.5% in order to advance from Advanced bass to MC bass. They just think that they're not worthy of being MC if they're not score 99.5% :)
