It isn't blocked. It's due to the use of the .dll file. The streaming service doesn't recognize it as a game thus doesn't show it.

We are working on a way to hide DLC that hasn't been released yet. Until this is fixed we won't be adding DLC so far ahead of release.

Since there is absolutely no way of enforcing this rule. No, testing a song is not a mandatory thing. Personally I hope everyone tests their customs before uploading it. -

Well not really. As far as Ubisoft is concerned Rocksmith 1 was a full release and a finished product. Rocksmith 2014 is a new and better version. -

It all has to do with song licensing rights. The 10 dollar you pay is for licensing the Rocksmith 1 songs to Rocksmith 2014 -
