I tried the lead path also. Damn I think I missed two notes (could be more, I noticed two mistakes) and the other one was the freaking power cord lol, somehow the game didn't register it. Because of that power cord I didn't get perfect phrase and that's why I didn't get the platinum. I tried so hard to get 100% but today I can't get it. This song is so good!

My promotion for Rhythm guitar

not great scores for beginner lead and rhythm as I've been concentrating on my bass and haven't pick up my guitar for a couple of weeks.

RSC guest appearance, my band mate @ basslifecrisis on bass, we did this album playthrough with our drummer playing along as well, it was fun!

Gave my bass a setup and lowered the action a fair bit, plays way better now. Feels like cheating lmao. I do like a bit of madness. Quite nice. Oh yea pretty good chart. Might have to try for a 99.

A relaxed try before going to bed...

A couple of my scores for this week. I'm only in the intermediate bass class but I had a blast attempting the mc whitesnake song!

I forgot to add Frozen Crown song as an intermediate bonus in bass path. I updated first post with the selection, tuning is B-Standard but if anyone wants to play for fun, go ahead.

Lead Easy chart, but some weird chords in final part (classic G5 power chord with e string at 5th fret). Simply the best. I was hesitant as to whether this would fit as a difficult beginner, but I think there are some technical licks here more for intermediate level. A nice song with an interesting chart and a short but quite difficult solo. I have some problems with this, because @ Hameron mainly uses pitched slides in his CDLCs, which is often difficult for Rocksmith to detect, especially with long slides or chord slides. I really like this band, especially for their melodic riffs. But this is damn fast...

Though I'm surprised I never played rocksmith sooner. I am grateful to all the Mappers out there still making content.

WEEK 501, YEAH!!! It is an honor to join the World Wide Championship this week as well! Keep competing against @ Mikson and @ jellisjenius means it will continue to be a very tough battle in the Advance Bass Class. I will be extremely happy if I ever manage to win! But I doubt it... Anyway, it is a great challenge to get better. OK, so here we go!

I agree with the promotion, thanks ---- My attempts for this week - The big gap in difficulty for both Lead and Rhythm is right where I feel I'd love to work on. The Whitesnake song looks way too menacing, being so long and having like 5 different parts I'd need to sit down and learn, I don't think I can get a lot of progress on it this week. To be honest, the Frozen Crown song for Rhythm looks more achievable to learn than the Whitesnake one, because it's just one kind of pattern to master, even though it's really fast. but both are out of my scope, so I can't probably judge it well anyway, besides trying to get out of Rhythm Beginner I'm not sure what I want to do this week

Unfortunately no, most were Queen Songs, then Scorpions, Guns, SkidRow, Savatage, Europe, and others. I was a metalhead btw but that was the nearest thing I found at the time I know regret a bit not having appreciated those songs more when I was playing them
