  1. Been rough lately, but I had a good guitar day. First off, I finally reached my goal of 2 years playing every day. I can't believe I did it. My wife says I should take a day off. Not bad on lead. I don't know what to do for the 22nd fret bends. I don't have that fret! I thought it wasn't supposed to count anything above 21 frets, but it seems to. I have no idea where I pulled this performance from! I like the groove, but man, the repetition. Aha...my nemesis The Arpeggio invades my bass grooves! I should have expected such a dirty trick!

  2. Would one of you moderators care to remove my previous score from the document on this song pretty please? It and this attempt are both for the rhythm track, not the lead.

  3. @@hellrazor17 Lights is the least important aspect of it and don't really bring anything of value for actually learning the instrument so i'm not sure why you would consider it needed to be already close to ODLC-quality like.

  4. I probably could have done Iron Maiden on SA... at least Rhythm

  5. finally 99%, what a great album! more is not possible with my setup, the E string is giving me random misses, so are the slides in Red Baron, Fields of Verdun and the Ending Track. @@coldrampage - are you using a 5-stringer?

  7. Quoting you just because you're the most recent one, but why are so many people hating on this? Is it just because it hurts your hands? While it's not the most varied bassline, it's a pretty challenging groove, and a big part of being a bassist is being able to lock in to a groove and keep it for a long time. I'm not saying that's what the bass should be doing in every song, but it's definitely not something I shy away from. Moreover, for me it beats the hell out of root eighths that are so prevalent in rock songs and I don't remember ever seeing nearly so many complaints about. And that riff at the end is awesome. So what gives?
