  1. RSMods doesn't have cdlc support anymore, you need to put the dll from here in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rocksmith2014" Also if you want to use rsmods as well you need to run the installer, not just put it in the folder. It will find your install directory automatically so it should just work. Then you can run RSMods.exe from the created subfolder to configure the mod options.
  2. Aw man forgot GOG was ending this week, didn't get round to trying them on guitar.
  3. You need the .dll/patch. Since rsmods removed cdlc support if you were using that instead of the .dll you'd get stuck on the speaker screen.
  4. It's definitely still there https://ignition4.customsforge.com/artist/59 All I can guess is double check/reset your filter preferences and uncheck "hide hidden" incase you accidentally hid the whole artist
  5. Reminds me of this, might be a video driver settings thing. Maybe enabling/disabling vsync in eof would do something too, idk Yea the ones on the forum has been dead for a while, this one seems to still work. https://ignition4.customsforge.com/eof Depends if the tabs have separate voicings or not, it's a rare option you hardly ever see tho.
  6. We tend to keep them for a bit after they get removed, but since it could've been gone for around a year unfortunately the chances are it's gone for good. I think you'll have to post it again.
  7. I thought the physical copy just gave you a code for the steam version (which'd then update to remastered automatically), guess not. Sure you can't activate it on steam somehow? https://steamcommunity.com/app/221680/discussions/0/540742667686084119/
  8. It can't. To add extra tracks you'd have to unpack the song in the toolkit/dlc builder, import it into eof and import the tab (which also has to line up with the old one), save it and rebuild it. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're familiar with making customs and at that point it's less hassle to just make a whole new version.
  9. My first rush fc, yay. Only really play them during the championship tho. Not very good at the acoustic bit.
  10. I keep mine on 0. With that, exclusive mode on and a latency buffer of 2 I can play on time and mostly get perfects in SA. It's mostly for TV image/sound processing correction, in most cases on PC it should be on 0 otherwise it's just adding more lag.
  11. Just use the old .dll method for the cdlc support and you can keep rsmods up to date.
  12. Some old ones don't have dynamic difficulty, you can add it with cfsm. https://ignition4.customsforge.com/cfsm
  13. You can follow the topic, then you get a notification for each new post in the thread based on your notification settings. There's another follow button when you scroll all the way up, but this ones more convenient if you're posting stuff anyway.
  14. Need to work on the fingering for some of the arpeggios handshapes pls. Lead for fun. Nice song. Got a good rhythm on the bass track, quite enjoyable.
  15. Use "Shift + Enter" and you get a smaller line than using just "Enter" (I think enter does a double line and also breaks the formatting or something)
  16. Not on here. The only official way is with the disc import tool (or playing the original rocksmith) and is all I can recommend as a mod.
  17. Using RSMods can let you go up to 200%. Only downside is that it has to open and close RR every time you start a song with that certain mod enabled.
  18. Adding DD wont add sections to the song, you'd still only select the whole thing in RR. Even if you went and added sections in eof yourself it'd change the feel in score attack, making it more/less lenient to pass sections depending on where you place them compared to the version everyone else is playing (one section so one also strike max? meaning you can't fail? idk). so I'd probably just keep it as is, I feel it'd change too much. You could "Rocksmith To Tab" it and practice sections that way, but it's less than ideal. The sections seem to work fine for me tho, idk what's going on with your version.
  19. If by "not using steam" you mean "using a pirated version of the non-remastered version" (which is against the sites rules) the .dll wont work since it only works for the remastered version. From the rules.
  20. I'd do some track specific phrases/sections there, whatever makes it work best for each track in riff repeater. Yep, if it starts on a note it'll add that to the count so you have to add 1 to it in that case.
  21. Was hoping for a 3k streak, oh well. Screwed up a fair bit near the end too. Those octaves, oof. Surprised I got over 90 lol
