I'd agree but the amount of people that take the time to do the work are low so I do what i can in the meantime. I'd disagree it's perfect. It's probably the best we've got and it covers a fair bit of ground but i'm sure there's area that are lacking even in the basics and I'm sure there issue that are still in there that wouldn't be all that hard to fix either. It's not unfair to ask, what would be unfair is to expect me to do everything on the spot as soon as it is asked There's a lot of different things that gets into that. Firstly, i'm the most knowledgeable in the team in regards to making CDLC, it's my thing so i'm the most notable in that area but you won't see me contribute to RS Mods or to CFSM or to Ignition code. That's kind of the second thing, others people have others things to deal with and to contribute to so their time is limited to help on other side of things like I don't have time to work on what they do. Then add to that the fact we are just volunteer and don't have much of an incentive to work on everything that it's easy to just let others do what they like and for me to do what I like without needing to overstep. There's also the work that is done that isn't visible, I did had others read it back when I first started it and there's also work on little detail like having the proper link for some of the tools and all those little thing that might appear like it's all me when it's not. So yeah, there's a difference between what is obviously visible (having a post up with my name attached to it) and the actual work though it is indeed mostly me for the core of it.

I have a whole area to give feedback for that tutorial and ............ It's not used. I'm easily reachable but my time to spend on a tutorial that nobody care to help with is just not all that great and motivation when people just ignore it is just not there. I'm easily reachable, if anyone wants to help, i'd be more than happy. I have 0 people do that over 3 years. There's little update because there is little change and at one point, i just don't have either the time or motivation and creating video is even more complicated and time consuming. As always, if anyone wants to do that, i'd be more than happy to incorporate it into the tutorial so that it is better for everyone. As above, i'm more than open to integrate them if they are made (and that they are actually worth using of course). I'm there and ready to make the changes as needed. But if no one even bother to reach out and complain in their own little corner of the forum, it just won't get better. Anyone is free to send me doc or to rewrite part of the tutorial so that it is better to everyone. I have 0 issues with that. But i won't run after people to get something, i have better things to do with my free time at the moment.

That sounds like you have a controller that RS sees and interpret his input as a command. You might need to unplug other controller like steering wheel from your computer.

The author wanted his work to be deleted for his own reason. He do not want his work to be re-hosted as far as i'm aware.

You can post it with credit to the original. As long as you did try to contact him and make it clear what part of his work you used, we have no issue with it.

I think it's a RS_Mods bug, you probably want to check in that tool.

We do not support piracy, official DLC should be bought to be played, we do not offer free download for those. The number of download is just the number of click on the link, nothing more. Well, i don't see why you even use Shift+click in the first place if you want to select a single syllable to begin with. Sure there might be an issue if there's no current selection and you press shift+click but there's also 0 reason to do so.

shift+click will do mass select if you have already something selected like how you can do it with text editor.

We do not support piracy which is what getting ODLC and transfering them on a cracked PS3 would be. All the DLC you own on PS3 should still work, you just won't be able to acquire new one on that platform. All DLC you already own on PS3 will carry forward on the PS4 version though.

T or 0 is for thumb indeed. And yeah, it's about how it's played, there isn't a best one (though there is some common thing that you'll find often but some artist might shake things up).

Have you altered windows volume when RS was open? Do you have the override input gain option active?

There's a few people that put out good ones, but they are limited and not many people give them exposure. But do comment on people's work, it helps other as well as the author if they are so inclined to do something. Quality won't go up if users don't show that they seriously care.

Ignition is where you need to report CDLC

The 100% mastery bug happened with the remastered update as there was a discrepencies between how CDLC and ODLC were made that cause the game to count chords in the score multiple times. This can be repaired by using CFSM (that's a huge part of why we made such a mass repair option) and any song post 2017 shouldn't have that bug or they break our rule. There's a "true tuning" checkbox that should be used on ignition for songs that uses a different reference pitch than A440. If the tuning is wrong in game or that checkbox isn't checked in ignition, it breaks our rule and should be reported.

The X is when there is no arrangement for the path you are on (lead or rhythm or bass), you just need to press ctrl to switch path.

Except that the tuning is wrong as my post explained, if you do it for guitar with A440, the tuning should be -4 -2 0 +2 0 0 but the tunning is defined as 8 10 0 2 0 0 which will have the lowest two string an octave higher than it should.
