  1. It might be easier if you are comfortable with bar chords. But most beginners have a hard time with them. I did not get comfortable with them until long after i joined the advanced class here. Now a few years after that i have no problem with them. :) http://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k228/maztor42/Rocksmith%20championship%202014/Call%20me%20100_zpscqadxr9u.jpg

  2. I am enjoying the bass of Clapton's theme. But I can't nail it. Two missing notes is my best so far.

  5. I've downloaded a couple of songs off the custom forge website to try and play on Rocksmith. I download them and put them into my dlc file for rocksmith. Rocksmith does recognize them in game. However, whenever I turn on the song, it will take me to the tuning phase and then after that the song will not load. The speakers and everything still work because you can hear when you pick strings after the tuning. I've tried using the rocksmith patcher, but it doesnt even recognize the songs. I also downloaded the D3DX9_42.dll file, and it didnt change anything. Has anyone else had this problem?

  8. Yeah, I get that. Didn't remember the inversion term :) What I mean is that I found these inversions weird in the song's context. On one hand you have these pretty little A and E chords without their root notes and then you also get this bold sounding G#/C#min (or how ever you mark that).

  10. @avdocatwork I did some bass testing for the new ones. Also, glad to hear that the Sly and the Family Stone Custom was fixed and working for you. The Mccoys - Hang on Sloopy Entire tab off by 1 fret. Currently 3-5 fret pos needs to be 2-4 fret pos. Walter Egan - Magnet and Steel In the last chorus there's a B note (2nd fret) is repeated for another measure instead of going back to A open oh and I think the turnaround run in the chorus is: G-----------------| D-----------------| A---0----2-3-4--| E------2----------| not G-----------------| D-----------------| A---0-0-2-3-4--| E-----------------| The Guess Who - These Eyes I'm fixing the missing notes that I hear, I'll send you a .zip when I'm done sometime this week :)

  11. @@SlickWilly The Who - Christmas (from Tommy) is coming along pretty good. Transposing piano for guitar parts at the Tommy can you hear me and the See me, Feel me, Touch me, Heal me parts. Thanks for suggesting this Christmas tune - I think it is going to turn out to be a popular Custom around Christmas time, at least to those who have seen and liked the Movie Tommy, like I have. I like that Who tune you are doing, You Better You Bet, one of my Who favorites. Later, avdocatwork
