Auto Changing To Upper-Case Letters In Subject

why it is changing automatically letters to ALL upper-case in subject when

I update my post (in customs workshop)? I want to write "smirocsmo" not "Smirocsmo" for example, but I can not

Should be fixed now. I had switched on the stop shouting in topic titles option. Was not aware that it auto capitalized stuff aswell.My bad ^^
