So I got Rocksmith 2014 and I was really excited to do some cdlc. I watched the video and read the article on how to get cdlc to work. I did all of it but when I try to do a song I tune up and then nothing happens, I can still hear my bass but the game doesn't do anything. If anyone can help, please do

Hello, i am new to CDLCs and i can´t start the toolkit. I use: - iMac mid 2011 - version 10.10.4 I downloaded the customsongtoolkit and when i start it, it says i need to download MonoFramework and gives me a link where i can download it. So i downloaded and installed it. I even restarted my Mac. But toolkit still wants me to download MonoFramework. I can't find the MonoFramework in Finder and i don´t know what to do.

Hi everyone ! I didn't found how can I save custom songs on my PS3, when the custom song is compatible with it. (SOrry for not comprehensible ENglish, I'm French !)

so i just started all this custom DLC biz today and for the most part have everything working properly on my mac. almost all of the songs are working fine but a handful of them (most arctic monkeys songs i tried, 2 coheed and cambria tracks, and a couple others). i did the exact same thing with these songs as everything else so I'm not sure why they're not showing up, they are definitely m.psarc files. surely someone else has had this issue? thanks in advance for any help.

Hi there guys! I have a question and hopefully somebody knows the aswer to this one :) As all of you, I love playing songs in Rocksmith, but don't like retuning my guitar that much. To keep it short...for example, a bunch of songs can be played in E-standard tuning, but are listed as other tunings. For example: Queens of the Stone Age - Feel good hit of the summer...This song requeres a C-tuning, but easily can be played in E-standard, as the chords and notes are possible in E-standard. I guess more people stumble on the same "problem" Anyway...Is there a (hopefully easy) way to change the tuning in the psarc-file, so you can enter a song with the tuning you want, so you don't have to use the tuning first set for the song? Okay....I hope this makes sence :) Thanks!

I recently ugraded my windows 7 to 10 and reisntalled Rocksmith 2014. I redownloaded some of the CDLCs I used to have before but when I try to play them they either crash the game at the song confirmation or after the tuning check, the speakers in the background still work but I'm stuck watching the wall. Anyone with the same problem? The CLDCs I tried to play are "Hitohira no hanabira" and "Back in balck"

I somehow clicked the 'Submit' button when filling in the form to upload a CDLC and it added it twice to the list. Is it possible to delete one of the two?

Hi, I have a problem with my CDLCs. I download a bunch of cdlc for my rocksmith, but when i'm in rocksmith none of them are there exept one. ( and of course the Smashing Pumpkins one ) little exemple : I was playing a Billy Talent cdlc. Then i downloaded another one by Atreyu. i put it in my RS dlc Folder. And only the Atreyu one was available. The Billy Talent was not there anymore. So i downloaded like 10 more just to see. And still, only one appearing in my game. Someone got the same issue ? Thx

Hi! Most of the CDLCs don't appear on Mac. Sometimes they do, sometimes not. (Mostly not) Is there any way to fix this? I'm using the RS Injector (+ Steam running in the background) (Changing the APP ID to Cherub Rock doesn't help either)

I'm trying to make my first CDLC song for Rocksmith, but i'm stonewalled by EOF. It won't import my guitar pro tabs. The tabs are made on Guitar Pro 6, which is supported, isn't it? What's wrong?

Hi, I'm new here and I was wondering if the RS 2014 custom songs can be used with RS 2012. If it's the case, does anybody knows how to turn ".psarc" files to ".dat" files? Thanks a lot!

Can someone who is good at doing this CDLC do more ozma? There are only 4 ozma songs on here and they were done so well I'd love to see more.

Hey guys, I wonder if some of you may take the time to help me. I made a CDLC of the song Behind the Sun by Sylosis (Lead Guitar), but when it try it crashes the game, I've tried repacking twice (that's usually the fix in most cases), but it doesn't help. Everything seems fine with it, EOF didn't show any error/incompability message and RSToolKit generated it without any problem. How do I make CDLC's on a mac?

I accidentally uploaded my new cdlc twice <_< can I delete one?

I have used CDLC before but my something came up and I needed to re-install every Steam game, so after I did that, CDLC decided to not work. I have the Cherub Rock DLC, D3Dx9_42, I packaged them using RocksmithToolkitGUI, nothing seems to work. I can still use the song's tones but nothing else. This is extremely annoying since the custom songs used to work, but now don't.

Hello everyone! First off I love this project, and once I get the issues hammered out this will no doubt suck hours upon hours of my life away. I went on a downloading spree and got a bunch of custom songs. In combining the functions of the Toolkit and Automator, I managed to convert at least most of the downloaded files into Mac format (all files use the Cherub Rock appid). So far it seems that the cdlc is about 50/50; about half will run with no problem, and the other half freeze after tuning. I've tried most of the options in the toolkit (mac version) and haven't found anything that solves the problem. I've searched the Internet up and down and haven't really found any solutions. The only clue that may be notable is the showlights file. I've unpacked Cherub Rock, some of the files that work, and some of the files that do not work, and noticed that more often than not the files that do not run have a showlights.xml that is significantly smaller. For example, RHCP - By The Way works, while Blink 182 - First Date does not work. The showlights.xml for By The Way is 38 KB, while First Date is 117 bytes. The contents of the First Date showlight.xml is as follows: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <showlights count="1"> <showlight time="2.522" note="66" /> </showlights> Again, not sure if this is what's breaking the cdlc, but it's currently the only clue I have. I've been comparing unpacked files left and right and haven't noticed anything else out of the ordinary between the two. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Hey everyone! So I've been in this community for a couple months now and have played a good number of custom songs (props to everyone). I think that now is the time to start contributing back to everyone. Personally, I like to search only for songs with Dynamic Difficulty, which is what inspired my first project to be Here's To Us, by Halestorm. I've noticed someone has a custom available for this, but it does not have dynamic difficulty available. Rather than pestering the individual, I thought I might take this simple song into my own hands. I wasn't able to find a *.gp of the song's tabs, but I've got fretting/chord reference from a video posted directly by Lzzy and Joe to the band's YouTube channel. I've also got some general ideas how I might scale the difficulty. Again, this is my first project, so I'm still gaining familiarity with the software. Although I've got a general idea of what I'm doing, I'd greatly appreciate any support/tips/assistance anyone might have to offer. I'll keep you all updated!
