  1. For those of you that are trying to search the CDLC and keep getting sent back to the login screen . If the suggestions in the FAQ do not fix your issue. Make sure you are leaving the remember me box checked when you log in. It fixed my problem. I tried all the mentioned solutions in the FAQ, but none of that worked. I had to leave that box checked for it to let me into the search screen. MODS should put this fix in the FAQ. Many people uncheck that box.
  2. Hi all i submitted a CDLC couple of weeks ago, and here is the problem: 1. the CDLC is available by a direct link: http://customsforge.com/index.php/page/customsforge_rs_2014_cdlc.html/_/pc-enabled-rs-2014-cdlc/doroga-%D0%B4%D0%BE%D1%80%D0%BE%D0%B3%D0%B0-r34707 I accessed it by looking through my forum posts. 2. i can see artist in Artists section of CDLC SEARCH (the only one song is mine): http://i67.tinypic.com/11h9nab.png 3. when i clik on it, then after 3-5 seconds of processing i see a standard header and nothing below http://i66.tinypic.com/10ni6ba.png I first thought that the reason could Russian letters in artist name but there are others in Russian, so obviously it isn't a show stopper. i have another CDLC and it works fine.
  3. Hi guys, Maybe it is mentioned before, but I could not find anything about it. Therefore I started this topic. Let's cut through the chase and jump right in... :D I (and I hope a lot of other users) would love to see a genre-filter in the CDLC Ignation search. This way we can look for the genres you love and maybe discover some great songs and bands you otherwise missed scrolling by. That would be a shame, right? Let's say you like garage rock, go on Ignation, set a filter to "garage rock" and BAM!..A list of garage rock songs. Of course it would be handy to add some extra filter options, as some songs qualify as more genres in one, like : garage rock / grunge or something. I hope you guys get the point. :) Of course I understand that it could be hassle to get this feature implented and/or I could be the only one wanting this... Let me know what you think in the comments. Have a great one! :D
  4. I've look all over and can't find tabs for this song I'd like to create CDLC for. Here's a link to the song if it helps: If anyone has an idea where I can find tabs or preferably a Guitar Pro file for this song I'll make it as soon as I can. It's a great song if you've never heard it. Thanks! Joe
  5. I'd like to see: A toggle to show the comments, so we can see what has been updated. Display if the song has a Custom Tone or not. When you download it should auto subscribe you to that song to be notified of updates. A list of all the songs I have downloaded, and what ones have been updated that I haven't gotten yet, would be nice as well. Ratings for each track being displayed, would also be nice.
  6. This actually needs to be fixed in both search apps. When you search for something lets say "U2" it brings back "Dream Theater" in the search results. Plus u2 is no where in the row. May be make it so we can specify what column we want to search by or just fix the sql. Thanks for looking into it.
  7. It should be good to have a way to search the CDLCs with a new search criterion based on the sync quality. For me, it's very important to have songs in which : - the notes are in sync with the measures and beats (the rhythm of the song) - the notes are in sync with the soundtrack This criterion should be set by a few volunteers (CDLC's testers). What do you think about this proposal ?
  8. Can somebody please remove Tom Petty from the first(last) 5 entries of the search ? Why is it always on the first page on top? I wont buy those songs.. is this a bug or some new feature or what? Or is it just me?
  9. I wish I could hide the column "album" in the search list, to optimize view on smaller displays, maybe other users would like to hide the DD column. Thanks
  10. I have a suggestion for the CDLC search page: the option to only show songs in a certain tuning. This can save same time for those people (read: people like me) that don't want to retune, and don't want to sort by tuning and then try to find the first page where their preferred tuning starts.
  11. Is there a way to search for exact match in the cdlc search? I thought I was lucky to get this username :P http://search.customsforge.com/?q=ross#
  12. I'm having what seems like a unique problem using the Customs Forge Database(search.customsforge.com). When I click on the DL link for the song I want, it sends me to a song I've already downloaded. Regardless of which song I choose, it sends me to the same song. The song it sends me to is the last song I downloaded before the new ad page was implemented. Refreshing the page doesn't help nor does allowing all cookies. I don't know if the adding of the new ad page was significant in this, but that's when it started. Also, I don't see the name of whoever created the song in the database, just a series of numbers such as 1396547852. I've been using the CLDC forum to download new songs, but it's easier to see what's new using the database. Anyone else having these problems or a suggestion on what I can do to rectify it? Thanks.
