  1. yeah I didn't test it, I listened to that cover a lot of times in the years. Discovered it casually with spotify radios I'm not suggesting to change
  2. hello! great selection @ cacahuate51 ! i'm surprised no one mentioned the not so famous metal cover of Rasputin by Turisas The original is cool but this version is so much fun https://ignition4.customsforge.com/cdlc/4653
  3. yes we have this weird bug (my fault probably), at the start of the week it takes some old scores with it for this week is now fixed and I will look into it to fix it permanently my best shot at my beloved guardians (from a couple of days ago) and a better execution of the Neil Young cover
  4. I'm back! And what a selection.. a lot of my favorites here!! 1985 is one of those songs I'm never get tired of Another classic (I'll admit I was more listening than playing) I agree with @ MaZtoR . Never understood Gojira, not my cup of tea. This one has the gallop very tight, and very difficult to do properly, and for me this set it to a 8. Beloved guardians, I know every bit of this song (in my head, not on the guitar) and I'm always singing the notes while I'm playing it This version has a really low volume on the default tone: I used to play another version of it, this one (https://ignition4.customsforge.com/cdlc/9286) that I see now was used in w368. There are some differences:
  5. cool week I've played this a couple of times.. but I'm rusty babymetal.. crazy as always! fun rhythm
  6. this reminded me the tv series! nice song, 2 minutes of good old punk, I will replay it for sure Rocksmith said my performance "Could be better" - I definitely agree
  7. I'm using an old zoom multifx pedal, it does the (drop) job pretty well. I think you can find them for $60 or less if used.
  8. always a great song WTF
  9. not so great scores but that's it this week!
  10. I'm late to the party! Work and sickness.. worst combo ever I've done the Sabaton album a 84% lead (my bad sightreading) but accidentally deleted the screenshot, and other from this week while cleaning up the folder I will surely redo all of them In the meantime, is the rhythm riff of Porch transcribed right? It seems to me that is not synced (and also not totally correct)
  11. better lead.. this is hard!! rhythm i will come back for the sabaton full album! fortunately it's on for 4 weeks
  12. sabaton, great song guns, ouch ouch i have some recognition problems in the initial arpeggio, but that's the minor issue ahah
  13. outstanding job @ Mikson War theme (i'm passionate about history in general, especially WWI and WWII) + Sabaton + Guns (and civil war is legendary). How could I ask for more???? I had a rough start of week due to a bit of sickness and work but I will put the time in!!! also welcome to the new entries, I'm seeing that the average level is increasing, and that's good: more challenge more improvement for everyone!!
  14. mc, yes definitely affordable
  15. you're doing it right. Full images from steam cdn are the best. multiple images on the same post are fine. just don't update the same post with new images because it will not be parsed again (it's cached) If you don't see the results, there may be an error in the detection of the song or another issue, but then someone who looks at the Score Assistant App will fix them (usually at the end of the week)
  16. loosely reminds me of Crazy Train. 7 is fine for me, but no more
  17. images are too small. OCR app will not detect them well unfortunately. please consider to post them full size
  18. thanks @ Mikson for saving once again the week! kudos. my usual (bad) sightreading
  19. mc rhythm without the red cross
  20. improved lead MC, with red flag attached ;D rhythm MC I don't get along well with octaves on the D string
  21. improved mc! I can't really understand how it's possible to play this part of the solo so fast (typical slash lick indeed), i'm very far from doing it properly
