I had to study the middle arpeggios part properly

needs more learning and riff repeating. my random arpeggios in the middle are awful to hear

easy but lovely song!
I used to play in a Queen tribute band for years, many years ago so Queen are always welcomed for me!
We never did Innuendo live, maybe it was difficult to render on stage, so I never studied it properly. I love it more than other I used to play with the band
Ouch I thought that the solo was the problem, but I really underestimate some riffs
Needs some hours to get to 90% and beyond
congrats to @ coldrampage and @ nlbsmglsk for the high scores on rhythm, you guys don't mess around yeah
@ Bottledpat12 how much did you do as % on the lead one you posted? approximately. it seemed high from the score

with radiolead I'm done
btw for me @ cacahuate51 declared 97% was valid / legit. seeing his high score on SA maybe was even higher than 97

more difficult than expected, if one wants to do the riff clean. Great song!

@ nlbsmglsk you have to let it go

radioheads lead and rhythm
as explayed by @ jellisjenius , maybe because of Greenwood education, sometimes it seems really like playing keyboard pieces on guitar (like classical pieces) that on the guitar are all messed up for the fingering
@ nlbsmglsk I heard you like the song so I got just above 92% , the red cross shows how much I want to learn the middle part of it
not right there with Dream Theater. I didn't learn the solo yet but hey that seems a nightmare
Love the song, love Petrucci, I've been at a couple of their concerts when I was 20 too (like 20 years ago). But still unreachable for me

[Radiohead Let Down]
This one, not so fun. Unless someone beats me I'm content with this score.I can confirm the feeling

Always loved this song, so catchy!!
Radiohead.. love and hate. Sometimes I don't understand the melodies and the arrangements. Overall is very musical but when I try to play them in isolation (like the rhythm parts) sometimes I can't feel it very well. They write weird music. Creep and karma police are two of my favourites though.
I think fingering is awkward too.. seeing a live on youtube I noticed they use a capo for rhythm, on the 7th I think, and then play everything on the upper frets.
Scorpions always fun, I will not try to learn the solo ahah
And finally Dream Theater! I'm spending more time on that than where I compete in

Great song for int/ pinky practice! is there any chance i can be moved up to advanced rhythm?
cool song.
I think this cdlc is corrupt tho? maybe not since no one has commented about it...but when i played it first time it crashed after first playthrough and all my profiles got corrupted once i reopened..
i made a new profile and played various songs for like 30 mins no problem...closed and open *to make sure it saved/no issues* no problem..played another 20 mins then went to this one finished it and wanted to play it again and it crashed once again and profile is now corrupt aswell.
let me know if someone else has had this issue.
Same problem, profile corruption, 3 times. Unfortunately because I like the song a lot, but fortunately I had a recent backup. Definitely something going on with that song, maybe not for every case

Hi, I want to downgrade to advanced in the lead track.
I've realized that I very rarely have the time to study a lead masterclass track properly. I can play for 3 or 4 hours per week max, so I think that having advanced lead and masterclass rhythm gives me a more complete challenge, not focused for example mainly on speed, and probably can give me even more motivation. Keeping mc rhythm will keep me in the upper loop too.
If I'll have a streak of 99+ (doubt it) or something changes in the future, I'll be glad to return to mc lead
Is this doable? Thanks

I've discovered this playthrough of Cradle Robber of the guitarist of Revocation, Dave Davidson
Interesting that he totally downpicks the main (first) riff , while I was alternating it

a drop pedal would solve a lot of problems for me lol
I use an old multieffect, zoom g2.1u, works pretty well for drop/detune, even from E to C and beyond (12 steps). First 3 steps are high quality. Higher notes are not very pleasant when you go down over 3 steps but are acceptable and well recognized. I've programmed a preset for every step to C.
It can go up too like a capo, but I never used it.
Now there is the Zoom G1 Four that's essentially the same and it costs like 80€, very cheap.
Amazon Italian link sorry for the language

I don't want to sound disrespectful, I assume you guys already know this and your problems probably lie elsewhere. But as a player who doesn't own a Floyd equipped guitar, you make it sound like it's impossible to tune the thing.
Here's a guide for the floyd beginners: https://youtu.be/wJIXFFFxf_g . Tuning the thing is not that hard, it just takes more time.
No disrespect taken, but Floyds are a pain in the ass to tune, takes forever especially for intonation. And it's not easy anyway.
I had only two guitars for more than 20 years, both with Floyd rose so I'm used to setup them, in every detail, and know some shortcuts and tricks. But without lock it takes like 1 min max to retune, even intonation, with Floyd can take up 15 minutes for a single tuning + intonation, and also to do just drop tuning you have to retune multiple times the other string because every string balances the others. So with Floyd you start to avoid retuning, or ditching intonation at least.
Fortunately I have one guitar with Floyd always tuned to E, the other with Floyd always tuned to drop D, then i go with the drop pedal to detune (but it's never like the native experience)
Also higher notes on high E on my main don't get always caught correctly (like from 22 to 24), even if intonation is fine.
That said, it really depends on a lot of stuff so obviously Floyd is not the main problem.
But,if someone must have only one guitar, Floyd rose needs to be avoided

its probably tuning/intonation since i have a floyd rose trem bridge
Sometimes I have the same problem with my Floyd rose guitar
If I do the bonus instead of the main, will it be considered for the championship?
MC songs are sup hard, i will play like ten minutes a day this week on the bed since we don't have space. So I'm aiming to the easiest song

1. Currently any score will get you second place in lead, I don't know you care about the rankings, but it's good points.
2. I do have an advantage on this particular song, since I have played it before (a lot actually). It's also in a style that I usually play, so don't take my score as a benchmark.
3. If you move to advanced you'll get easy wins. Easier songs + less motivation to push yourself = much slower progress. IMO.Thanks for the feedback! ok let's try to keep me in MC
the bad score we talked about

I'm back! For a short time
What a beautiful song this from In Flames! Never heard it!
Sightread, easy but beautiful
Unfortunately I can't try the MC lead and rhythm because the song is cool but very difficult without proper practice (for me of course). Tried after a bit of learning got 75%
I don't know, maybe I jumped to soon to MC and I fit better in advanced?

love lydia - highly suspect! One of my favourite songs
I will be out for about two weeks on holiday without guitar.
today I've tried MC lead ten minutes ('cause you packing for all the family :|) and this is my best (and only) score after that
have fun, I will keep a look at the competition from mobile!

my first gods of guitar full album playthrough (and first attempt too)
that was looong (I usually play for 20 mins total now) and sightreading was very bad on solos but anyway I'm proud of it and had fun- 2
