All I want from an "approved" custom is:- accurate tab - proper naming and information about the song - good sync - Riff Repeater - sections- tones - all possible arragements or mixed at least, if there are many guitars (Led Zeppelin for example) - good audio quality - at least 192 kbps - no problems like tones crash.

Hi, I've got a big problem. Some customs just aren't present on the song list. I want to play "Killing In The Name" or "Guilty All The Same" but they aren't present. I've changed the ID, copy-pasted the DX9_42.dll (or something like that) file and nothing's changed.

I have a problem: The "Ignore capo/tuning" feature is turning on automatically every time I "undo" something or restart EOF. And why is it even turned on by default? It looks funny especially in Drop tunings.

Man, "Physical Grafitti" - my favorite LZ album is going to be a part of Rocksmith 2014... "In The Light", "Down By The Seaside", "Ten Years Gone", "The Rover", "In My Time of Dying", "Sick Again" - all these are my favorites. Now, I have to study, but after the school ends in June, then maybe I will participate in this project and help you, especially with these.

There was a RS1 version made, maybe you should ask the author and just do a conversion, because it was a solid custom.

Hi...so I transcribed "Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life" on guitar...but there's a sweet bass line, which I want to include. The problem is...that there aren't any good tabs. I tried to tab it myself using my electric guitar, but then some weird notes came in (Opened D note on fattest string, but then another sound came in, which also sounded like an opened D note). The one thing I know for sure - the tuning is Drop D. Can you help me? -
You know, I was really frustrated yesterday, but now I calm about the fact that the "Approval Section" will be present here. cstewart - Sorry, if it offended you. I erased all specific contributors and customs names. cris_abar - You don't have to be an expert custom maker to make a playable custom, you know. As far as I know there are no problems with my customs and I'm still a beginner. I just read some tutorials, tested my custom many times (dealing with all the problems took me longer than actually transcribing the tab) and posted it. The problem is (as I wrote before) that people don't see the problems in some customs (I can recall two customs that we're solid, but had the tone problem after, which you have to restart the game, but nobody said a word about it, these customs still bear this problem) and leave positive feedback. steroma - Great words.

mate, do you mean on all that load of customs there's only 2 you had to trash? These are the customs I played today and trashed them today. I've got ca. 370 CDLC's downloaded and a bunch of them belongs to the trashcan, I just have to play them again, because I forgot which ones we're weak.

opensec - The customs you see aren't in the "Trashcan". I only marked the trashcan with my pointer and there are two songs only.

I just ended my daily Rocksmith session earlier than usual. I just downloaded some new customs, I tried them...and I'm pissed off. Most of the customs are missing sections, their tab sucks, the tones are weak or they cause a problem with the RS' tone mechanism and you have to restart the game, the audio quality sucks, there are missing arrangements etc... When I make a custom I usually sit with my guitar and play most of the tab and see if it's correct and test my custom many...MANY times to be sure that my custom will be at least playable. There are just too many customs that suck and I haven't got time to leave feedback on every of them. Let's be honest - most of the users don't even notice the problems, leave positive feedback and are happy that someone even made a song that they wanted. Some contributors even ignore the feedback just leaving the custom as it is. I can't understand that. We need an "approved section" or at least a "trash" in my opinion. I even made myself a "Trash" folder, which size will be rising... http://i.imgur.com/uvIG0pv.png I haven't still haven't played many of the customs that I downloaded and I have to re-play some to see if they're playable, but one is sure...I feel better somehow after posting this. I check the submitted CDLC area every day (to download customs and check for updates) and the number of weak customs is rising. We need to do something. I hope there are people that understand me.

Z tym Wehikułem to nie jest łatwa sprawa, wszyscy czekają, a jest to dość skomplikowany projekt, muszę siedzieć ciągle z gitarą i sprawdzać poprawność dwóch tabów, a jak oba nie pasują to muszę szukać dźwięków + to samo z gitarą rytmiczną (ale tu w więkoszości kopiuj-wklej). Aktualnie jestem przy kończącej solówce gitary prowadzącej, więc mogę powiedzieć, że jest postęp, ale w międzyczasie potworzę trochę zagranicznych piosenek, których mi tu brakuje.

Update: "Naiwne pytania" Dżemu zrobione"So Far..." by Eminem done. Pomyślałem, że być może teraz wezmę się za "Bażancie życie" Perfectu ze względu na to, że znalazłem w miarę dobry tab GuitarPro. "Wehikuł czasu" się robi o to się nie bójcie, problem w tym, że muszę nieustannie siedzieć z gitarą i sprawdzać poprawność dwóch tabów i decydować, której wersji użyć. Jeśli nie będzie problemów z "Bażancim życiem" to się wezmę za "Chłopców" Myslovitzu. I will be doing "Again" by YUI. The song is known for being the first opening of the Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood anime. I also thought about some popular songs like "I Can't Remember You" by Shakira & Rihanna or "Hero" by Family of the Year.

Ok raynebc, I will send you the files, but later. The thing is this error didn't occur before the RC9 update. I can't really tell why is this happening. I'm not using the linknext status, because of the techview. The error sometimes pops-up and sometimes not. Now it occured to my other custom, when before the update it didn't.

Ok, so it looks like this: I want to create a custom, so when I import the tones I made from the game files, it will import all tones I made in-game, also these tones that I made for other customs. So, when I remove one from the list - it crashes. When I add the arrangement with the specific list of tones first, it doesn't happen for the tone that made the toolkit crash, but then with others do. I imported a bass tone from other custom and tried to remove the guitar tones and then it crashed too. I don't know the circumstances.
