TVs are WAY slower than monitors in terms of reaction time, so not really suitable for gaming. that's why they have a game mode setting. Most Tv's do anyway, and I 've had zero problems. I'm in a hotel now playing on a Sanyo 32 inch piece of shit TV with no optical audio output and I have zero issues. Same goes on any of my Vizio's. Oh, and I'm playing Rocksmith with 2500+ CDLC songs on a Surface Pro Tablet! :-D hdmia adapater ftw!

Can you run the game ok on one monitor at all? If so then the Extend option is your problem! did you go into the settings and change up any of your resolution? I runt he game in windowed mode and on 720p and I have a Surface pro tablet I link to a TV and that's it! Aside from audio stuff i have but that's irrelevant. Why can you run in 2nd screen only for one monitor and play the game on it, and then whenever you're done jamming move your mouse to the bottom right side of your screen click project and go back to extend. shouldn't be that hard bud.. Turn it all down y ou wont notice a difference int he game anyway! Mess with the lag correction feature in the game options ... I dunno what else to tell ya!

Go to your dlc folder. Right click somewhere inside it (not on a file) and sort by date. Go through and delete the ones either individually you've recently downloaded, or what I do when this happens. Confusing as to why you would try this since... you would already find all these under "Authentic Tones" in-game... if you actually have the DLC, rs2012 import etc... try something like this. i use surface pro tablet a my desktop and this sounds the best to me... especially with the lateny setting on 8 or 9... i dont care what anyone says mine sounds pure ans clean as ****!! :) Also on the bottom right hand corner of your screen right click the little speaker icon then properties then driver and click update and see if that does anything. also while you're there make sure your settings are as the guys mentioned above. try Configuring your speakers, make sure after you mess with all of the settings you do recording devices next and make sure your cable is set to dvd mode at 48

let all of your sound play at once... that way it's not selective in muting one window because you're viewing it... Let it play everyting running!

I responded to your thread.. I do EXACTLY what you're saying you wish you could. This game will work on 5 monitors.. But you better have one hell of a set up to run separate games on one system if that's what you mean lol. I run the game on a 46 inch TV I use as my monitor.. I have a cheap usb 2.0 hub I bought from walmart for like 10 bucks.. That was so I had enough USB ports. Basically here's what i play RS on, while also doing exactly what you're implying you wish you could do.. I use a Surface Pro Tablet to run RS. I run the game in Window mode because I to like to browse, and quit, and browse, or do whatever the hell my add ass is thinking about.... like this one time i saw a SQUIRREL!!!1 J\k lol.. Anyway I bought an HDMI converter cable at Best buy that connects my tablet into my TV just as you probably do with VGA cables from your desktop to your monitors! That's it! There's nothing crazy about it.... I do have a 7.1 surround sound turtle beach headset adapater that I bought for my X32 wireless headset for Xbox 360 and Xbox one.. But you can use it on any device as long as it has an aux port.. Anyway after that I run a subwoofer, two pc speakers, and when i'm really wanting to jam the **** out i connect my 400 dollar portable bose speaker to the adapater as well with a Y aux splitter cable and turn the sound up really ****ing loud lol. That only happens when im feeling confident in my playing that particular day... anyway... if you're wanting to run the game, and browse facebook, and play a youtube video all at the same time, you can forget about it! That's going to slowdown any computer.. you can browse the web and play at the same time though... it's easy.. another thing too.. have you bothered going into your rocksmith main folder and clicking on the configureation file? It's a break down of how to set up your visuals, or your audio for the best possible set up.. Start there and lower your resolution or turn off all your other extra visuals.. You cant tell a damn ddifference when playing... I also run the game in window mode because for whatever reason if say I hit my windows key on my keyboard to bring me back to my desktop itll interrupt the game and do it.. but after i click back on RS to maximize the game, the screen is solid white and i have to ctrl alt delete and close RS.. But another thing that helps is even if say you put it on some shitty low resolution in window mode for example. You can drag the RS window to the center of your tv, then on your tv select wide, or zoomed on the TV itselp and you can basically run the game as if it were on fullscreen but you're technically just zoomed in on the TV ;) Goodluck! Go fidget around with the contorls and check out that configuration file in your RS folder!

yes I do.. Bro.. here's a tip.. USE YOUR TV AS YOUR MONITOR!! lol I used to have the same issue.. And you can get any hdmi conversion cable for your tablet, laptop, or desktop computer at your local walmart which is open 24\7!!! I'd go somewhere like Best Buy first. But if it's late at night when you see this go get one! They're like 15 bucks.. Maybe cheaper.. all you need is that cable which is an hdmi conversion cable btw! and that's it! If i need to do something i display one webpage on my Tablet (Surface Pro) and then I use my 46inch TV as my main monitor... If you're using Windows 10 it's under the Extend option. Duplicate just shows one screen on both. and I mainly always just use the second screen option only.. meaning it displays on my TV the entire time, and keeps the screen on my tablet off! But if you want to run dual monitors select the extend option and it becomes one big ass desktop across however many monitors you have hooked up! My father uses 4 screens for his work, and browsing lol! Pretty badass set up. Anyway pm me if you have any questions!

Currently I don't have an amp I'm just using my own improvised sound set up like everyone else.. It's plenty loud, and honestly I'm just curious Has anyone used BIAS FX??? The reviews on it are absolutely BADASS! I just downloaded the demo's and I'm about to piddle around with it. I'm just curious if anyone has tried it, and if so have you tried to use it with rocksmith also? Any latency issues??? One of the things that pisses me off about RS is the feedback I get through my guitar.. And it's due to the cable.. It's either OVERLY sensitive picking up anytime I brush over my strings, or it isn't sensitive enough for say. tapping.. I think it has alot to do with what type of pick ups you're running but there's no issues with my axe, or my cable.. I anyway. Someone post up if they've tried BIAS FX out.. If any of you have heard of After the Burial here's just a glimpse of what BIAS FX sounds like with hands that can shred! He's saying that the fingering on the fretboard while he's playing will occassionaly show up on certain songs, and some it wont. But also that, he's noticing the actual chord fingering he's seeing on certain particular songs is different from how he typically would play it. So he's wondering if he can play the chord in a way that's familiar to him, rather than the odd ball chord shape. Did I get that right op?

Does that basically make my computer remote where you can have access to it? Not to be rude, But I'd rather not do that. I sthere anyway I can select all my RS CDLC and rename them for example 1-2600 and then just rename the extensions to _p.psarc and the game still recognize the original name of the cdlc? i've tried renaming them again totnight and its pissing me off because the program rename it keeps freezing

Ok so a long time ago all my cdlc got ****ed up in CFSM, and that's why I never use the damn thing. Here's my question. Ever so often I'll refresh my computer "Surface Pro" Window 10. But all my Rocksmith CDLC song extensions get either added too, or scrambled with all this bullshit .psarc extension shit! It's driving me crazy because I"ve been using Rename it to bulk, and batch rename the files, but there's so damn many of them with gaps, or (1), or something to the extent, I don't think I'm getting to play all of my actual songs! I do have 2600 or 2700 songs. Some are duplicates, and I use CC cleaner to delete extras. But I'll notice songs aren't in my CDLC like they used to be. is this because I do the Validate files option? I read somewhere the other day that doing that will reset your account basically... And I"ve downloaded Of wolf and man byt Metallica about 50 times.
