I have improved a bit my score. I'm happy, it's my best result for now: 86 on lead.

at 90% - Don't count this score Pretty much at max golden elk on this run. I had 4 to 6 chords I thought I hit perfectly marked wrong. I think I know it well enough to sit in with the band and play it (provided of course I can bring a laptop, a real tone cable, and a copy of rocksmith).

My spirit wants to...but my fingers won't let me. :blush:

I got obsessed with the rhythm part of What's Up trying to clean up my messy strumming. It paid off. It was a trainwreck on my hollow bodied guitar, couldn't hear the music while I was playing. Switched to my squire, since I brought my strat to get restrung and setup. Had better luck when muting the strings a bit before the chord changes than just letting them ring. So then I had to try it on master mode a few times. Very happy with the result! I may actually be learning to play this thing!

Hi guys, I have Rocksmith 2014 remastered and the official Cherub rock DLC. Both legal and official and all. I am trying to get the CDLC to work but they just won't show up in the list. I use Windows 10. I am 100% sure I have put the D3DX9_42.dll file in the root directory. The spelling of the file is right: I copy-pasted it from the file in the post here for you to be sure. I have the right file types for pc (p_psarc) and I put them in the DLC folder. I unblocked all files right after downloading (right click>properties>unblock). Rebooted the pc several times. The CDLC's I'm trying to install both have Cherub rock as their package ID. I tried several versions of the D3DX9_42.dll file and none made it work. Since I saw someone ask for a screencap from the root folder, I made a screencap from the rootfolder. The only thing I haven't tried is uninstalling and reinstalling Rocksmith as I am afraid that will delete my savegames. I hope someone of you can help me because Google won't get me any further and I am at my wits end. Now on to one of the best bands from the UK, Oasis. i have seen these guys 5 or 6 times and it was such a shame when they split. if i could play guitar like Noel Gallagher id be a happy Rock Star.........but i'm not so just to prove it, 100th time lucky :P over 90% and i got passed the SA :lol: Night night all....... 92% tomorrow

@@PinKushin All you need is a standard M to M guitar cable, the detune pedal, and the rocksmith cable. The pedal itself is what changes the tuning so you don't need anything else to go with it. All you need to do to set it up is have the standard guitar cable as the IN on the pedal and put the rocksmith cable as the OUT to go to your computer or whatever you play on. Side note: It does also require power to use so you may need an extension cord since the one it comes with is pretty small.

Hi, I was able in the past to comment on songs that had been contributed now when I click on the add comment it opens up a new tab saying "we could not find the page you were looking for" and a code on the top right #10CCS2. Anyone know what's going on with that?

I got it , thanks though! It was super easy once I tried. I was just afraid of pulling something game crashing and wrecking the inaugural run. Playing with fresh profiles is just a pain 2 player trying to remember which ones are in that sweet spot of challenging but not impossible for both. I did see your post about away games and enacted a library share to keep them synced like you mentioned so thanks for that idea.

Hello, this is Álex, from Spain, and this is my first post in CustomsForge. First of all, thanks a lot because you're making learning electric guitar soooo fun. I bought my first electric guitar like three weeks ago. I have never played it before. I tried to learn classic guitar as a child without any luck (well, without any discipline). Now I have discovered RS and my son and myself are playing it a lot. But we are beginning to be beginners. I tried last week song, but I didn't arrived too far. I like a lot this week's song and at least I have achieved to play it at full difficulty on lead guitar. I know I will be the last for my poor achievement, but the important thing it's that I begin to participate.
