Only time for a half assed attempt at Led Zepp this week. Tuned up my normally D-tuned guitar and the tension of the 13 gauge strings hurts my delicate fingers. Having so much fun with it that I might even try to resurrect my laptop and record my first video in forever?!

I improved my streak to 263, but failed to beat my score. Ah, well, at least I'm trying. (Some would say I'm very trying... ;) ) I've figured out why I'm failing - it's my fret hand finger speed. After the first hammer on I just can't lift my finger fast enough off the D string to register the next note, so I'm always missing the G string 9th fret that follows. :( My bass fingers are set to span and sit flat on most strings, automatically, you see. I reckon a guitarist wouldn't have this problem, because he wouldn't be bridging multiple strings with a hammer-on in the first place - he'd be playing with his actual finger tip, and missing the other strings.
